We are pleased to inform you that the stove was vended to a third party company, and the issue with the burner has been resolved. We acknowledge that the ice maker does not work in this unit, however guests are provided with ice trays. We do understand how inconvenient this was for you; however seeing as we do not manage the work going on around our properties and there is nothing much we can do. Usually if we are made aware of any construction that will affect our guests majorly, we would notify them before arrival.We do apologize for the miscommunication as we were not made aware of this construction prior to your arrival. We also apologize for the inoperable heater, but we are also happy we could resolve it during your stay. We also apologize for letting you down in the area of cleanliness.
