Treat family and friends to a mountain getaway in the heart of Helen at this Alpine Village condo. An ideal year-round retreat, this charming Bavarian-style village boasts an assortment of all-season entertainment and attractions, from world-famous Oktoberfest and seasonal festivals to regional wine tasting, hiking, and tubing along the Chattahoochee River. 

The perfect home base for adventure, this walkable downtown condo comes equipped with all the comforts of home. Plan family style meals with ease in the well-appointed full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. The four-seater dining table sets the stage for family dinners and the open living area lets you unwind at the end of the day. Smart TVs offer modern in-home entertainment. The private deck makes a perfect spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Modern essentials include central air-conditioning  &  free WiFi.
 

This home can be rented together with Alpine Village Condos "A", Alpine Village Condos "B",  Alpine Village Condos "C", Alpine Village Condos "D"  for large families, for groups during events (May Car Show, Oktoberfest). Discounts may be available. Contact our office for more information.

Things to Know
• Condo "E" is on the ground level. NO stairs are required to access this rental.
• The "Front" of the Condo Building faces the Doghaus Restaurant & the 8 parking spaces provided for units A-D.
• To Access Condo "E" : When facing the front of the condo building, pull out of the designated parking lot, turn right into the large adjacent lot, drive across to the backside of the condo building, there on your right will be two parallel parking spots and a covered concrete pad with seating. The door here, is the access door to Condo "E".  
• Two (2) parallel parking spots are available in front of the door to condo. The large adjacent parking lot offers free parking as well.

Oktoberfest was awesome! We walked to all the shops and to the festival hall. Had a great time! Codo E was clean and perfect for our stay there.

Clean, comfortable ground floor condo with parking right outside the front door. Having the Helen welcome center next door helped us plan out our stay. We liked the specific location being a few blocks from the action but not in the thick of it. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone going to Helen!

Perfect location that included parking feet from the front door. Extremely clean….not a speck of dirt anywhere. Everything we could ever need was included! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Helen.

It was really nice. The condo was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. it was a little hard to find when we first arrived in Helen, though.

Perfect local for trip to Helen, Georgia. Quiet newly renovated condo and no stairs as recent surgery. We loved the deck for relaxing outside... Communication with office excellent. Definitely will stay again.

Second Honeymoon

My parents never got a honeymoon, so this was their "second" honeymoon booked for their 50th anniversary. They loved it! They raved about the location and the bed that was in the condo. The only negative they had to say was that the condo was not clearly labeled with the "letter" so they were scared that they got the wrong condo.
