The condo was clean and quaint. It was perfect for our girls’ trip. Communication with host was easy and they responded quickly. The location was perfect for us. It is not in the center of town, but it is in walking distance to the restaurants and shops. The only caveats were the loud upstairs neighbors( it sounded like elephants walking around) and the listing states there is a dishwasher and stove/oven. Please note that there are neither. This was a slight inconvenience as we had brought lunches to make in the room. Overall, Alpine Village condo is lovely and we will absolutely stay here again if we come back.

We were there for October fest and the location was perfect. Good for walking but far enough away not to keep us awake.

The condo was in walking distance to everything. It was clean and the space was great. The only problem we had was the how to operate the shower, which was answered with a phone call.

Check-In was easy and the facility is very clean and spacious. Two issues that impacted my rating: 1) Beware if you are in a ground level unit, lots of noise from the people above all thru the night and they would empty the ice from their cooler on their deck, meaning the water fell down on our deck. 2) Despite the signs, parking is not enforced and the condo is right next to a popular public lot which fills daily and they soon start claiming the spots alotted for the condo.

July Fourth Getaway

The condo was clean and inviting. We loved the location mostly because we could walk to everything and on the night of the fireworks we could watch from our balcony. Of course, there was a lot of hustle and bustle going on outside because of local businesses, but we didn’t mind. We would stay here again.

Perfect location in downtown Helen

Great location, very clean, and wonderful prompt response to questions. The only thing that could have made it better would be a valet cart for ease of loading/unloading and to provide hanging space, and heavier blankets.

Need new pillows. The ones there was flat and hard.

Nice Condo within walking to shopping

Nice clean modern condo with nice updated furniture. Nice back porch to sit out on and relax. Great communications from host.

Great location

It's a cute place. Great location. However we had an incident where we both woke up with like, black soot on our tongues. The vents are above blowing right at the bed, maybe they haven't been cleaned out... but that's gross and a huge health hazard.

Very nice stay!

We were pleasantly suprised to see this condo was so nice! It had every thing we needed and was very clean. It had a very comfortable bed! The bedding was very nice and had a note that if you stain it your charged for it. Some may not like that idea but I appreciate nice furnishings and the leave it as you found it idea! It was walking distance to golf cart rentals, restaurants and was straight across from Cool River tubing. Happy to stay in such a nice place and would return again!

Thin Walls

Very clean, great location. Walls are very thin. Tenants in apartment next to us had a very loud laugh that was very annoying and easily heard through the walls. We could also hear the tenants upstairs every time they walked on the floor. Thankfully all was quiet at night while we slept. Just know you will be able to hear your neighbors here.

Level one condo

The condo was great, decorated cute, unfortunately the people on the 2nd level were getting their steps in while I tried to sleep. I don’t suspect this is a traditional renter.
