This place is ideal for the money. It’s close to restaurants, beaches, and a Publix right across the street. The beds are comfortable and kitchen and bathroom look brand new! In the early morning, you get a delightful scene of birds singing and flying back and forth. The place is extremely clean and well taken care by the management. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay, very clean, very easy to reach host, quick responses. Neighborhood a bit crowded but no problems, neighbors I ran into very helpful. Location very convenient, close to Sanibel, WalMart, Aldi, CVS, Walgreens.... Very reasonable price! EVERYTHING brand new & nicely decorated.I'd give it a 9.5 out of 10.

Fort Myers Relax and Chill Spot

HOME AWAY FROM HOMEThis property suited our needs. The location is just a bit inland from the beach. The grocery stores are close by. The property was very clean with great appliances. The overall area was quiet & safe.I will stay here again when I'm in the Fort Myers area. Nic was very prompt to answer our questions & easy to work with.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed the thoughtful details like the squishmallows and the variety of reading material. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and the place was clean. It was just perfect for our stay. The host was very quick with responses when I asked if we could stay another night. The proximity was close to everything. I highly recommend this rental. Everything was as promised. We had trouble with the lock and call the owner and he helped us immediately. Once we figured it out. There were no other problems except there’s no mirror in the bedroom. I wish there would’ve been one but very clean and pleasant.

baseball tournament/fam vacation

Host Nic was very attentive through the 2 weeks we were there! We stayed in one unit but it is perfect if you have 3 families wanting to stay together because it had three units. Whole unit was updated. All baseball fields were 25mim away. Fort Myers beach was only 5 min down the street. Grocery store right in front and Súper Walmart just 2 min down the road. Highly recommend it if you finding a place stay and plan on exploring the surrounding areas would de did definitely stay here agin in the future.

This neighborhood is such a great central location - 8 minutes from beach, 15 minutes from downtown, 25 minutes to Sanibel Island - and has INCREDIBLE restaurants & cafes in the area. Plenty of diners & stores in the area too.
This area is a GREAT representation of what Fort Myers has to offer, the place I've come to love calling home.

Squishmallows! Haha! And a lovely private backyard.
We really are looking to make the house feel like a home for you and we take pride in stocking up the unit with supplies & products that are healthier & more eco-friendly.
