Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Any leftover food or drinks will be charged as extra cleaning fee.
Any personal items will be discarded. Please be conscious when checking out and avoid the fees.
Please use only dishwashing pods in dishwasher DO NOT USE LIQUID DISH SOAP. Make sure not to put any plastic in the dishwasher, it will dissolve inside and will damage the system.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no refund for any cancelations after check in. Guest will need to call host if they intend to vacate and provide reason for evaluation.
If guest vacates home, after validation from host, it will need to be clean and same condition as when checked in. Additional charges will apply.
Please no more than 3 cars allowed in parking area. You may park outside the property perimeter. No additional parking.

This home is beautiful and impeccable with all the necessary amenities. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and two of the bedrooms have access to a lovely balcony. Ani was very accommodating.

Spacious new property steps to the ocean. Large open rooms with all the appointments for an extended stay. Next to Cheeca Lodge and their full service spa and minutes to multiple bars and restaurants.

Great location!

Great location! Very close to Robbie's and Lorelei's marinas where we booked our fishing charters, an eco tour, glass-bottom boat tour and a sunset cruise. Lots of restaurants and a Publix for groceries within a 5-10 minute drive. The house has a very spacious area for gathering inside. The kitchen layout is great. Using the induction cooktop was a bit of a learning curve, but we cooked at least one meal a day there and enjoyed having the gas grill outside. The bedrooms and bathrooms were top-notch, and everything was very clean. We spent several afternoons relaxing in the pool. Ana was an attentive host and even offered to assist in booking fishing or a golf cart rental if we needed it. She also checked in the night before our departure to see if we would like a late check-out time.
