Oceanfront | Ground Level | Amelia Surf and Racquet Condo

****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements – Building B at Surf & Racquet Club is scheduled to undergo a major exterior concrete restoration and balcony renovation project. Mobilization and rigging are scheduled to begin August 17, 2026, with balcony and handrail work beginning August 24, 2026. The project is expected to continue through approximately February 22, 2027 (weather permitting; delays are possible). This will be an active exterior construction site throughout the duration of the project. Guests should expect ongoing and potentially extremely disruptive daytime construction noise, including jackhammering, concrete repairs, power tools, and other heavy construction activity Monday through Friday (approximately 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Construction crews, scaffolding, swing stages, lifts, dust, debris, temporary parking impacts, and changing construction conditions throughout the property should also be expected. The project will be completed in phases, and individual balcony stacks may be taken out of service as work progresses. If your balcony stack is scheduled for active construction during your stay, balcony access will be unavailable while work is being completed. While rentals are permitted during this time, construction conditions are disruptive and are outside of our control. Rental rates reflect the anticipated construction impacts and uncertainty associated with booking during an active construction period. Although Building B is currently expected to be completed by approximately February 22, 2027, construction within Surf & Racquet Club is anticipated to continue in other buildings through approximately September 2027. Guests staying after work is completed on Building B may still experience construction-related noise and activity elsewhere within the complex.

The inviting living space is beautifully appointed in calming coastal blues and crisp neutrals, featuring a comfortable upholstered sofa and loveseat, plus a flat-screen smart TV. Slider glass doors open to your private covered patio, offering lovely views of the manicured grounds and the community pool. Best of all, the ground-level location means you can step off your patio and walk straight out to the beach!

The completely remodeled, fully equipped kitchen is an absolute dream. Boasting stunning white cabinetry, gleaming quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, it has everything you need to prepare family meals or quick beach snacks to go. Enjoy your culinary creations at the adjacent dining area, which provides seating for six at a classic wooden table. For your convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are also located right in the kitchen.

The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat furnished with a plush king bed and a flat-screen smart TV. The attached master bathroom features a spacious vanity and a beautiful tiled walk-in shower.

The sunny second bedroom is perfect for family or friends, furnished with two full-sized beds and a flat-screen smart TV. Just outside the bedroom is the second full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. A privacy door in the hallway can be closed off to connect the bedroom and bathroom, creating a private, secluded suite!

Aside from its unbeatable proximity to the beach, Amelia Surf and Racquet offers two fabulous pools, four Har-Tru surfaced tennis courts, and an outdoor grill/picnic area. Whether you're relaxing on the sand, taking a refreshing swim, playing a match on the courts, or enjoying morning coffee on your patio, this villa will surely delight.

The room was big enough for my family of 6 to sleep comfortably. The ground floor location was steps from the pool which would be great for kids. Parking was also readily available.

Everything was just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. The condo is convenient to the pool which makes it nice when you have young children. It’s just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

A beautiful condo, access to the pool and beach right out the back door. Beach view was a little limited since you are on the ground floor, but access was more important to us! Everything was in great condition and it has all you might need. I did take our own Keurig since there was only a regular coffee maker. The information was all provided for us and we had good communication. Nice large washer and dryer. And such a comfortable bed! Thank you for a wonderful week!

We had a very nice time at the condo. Loved the close proximity to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. Condo was clean and there were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.

Thanksgiving get away

Great Property

We visit AI multiple times a year, and this was our first time staying at the condo. It’s located right at the pool which makes it so much easier when traveling with a little one! We enjoyed our stay and the host even called to check in Saturday just to make sure everything was good! We will certainly be back and I highly recommend Amelia Island Getaways!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Great location too. The check in process didn’t go very well because the highlighted important check in instructions were difficult to read. We arrived late and our door code didn’t work. We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties and while this one is very nice, there are no extras included. We didn’t even have pepper. Not having beach chairs and an umbrella in a beach condo is less than ideal for your guests. Also, the 10 am check out time is too early especially if no one else is checking in that day.

We are also so glad you found the property to be very nice! This home actually underwent a major remodel in March 2026, and we know your reservation was made prior to those updates. We were truly hoping you would be pleasantly surprised upon arrival by the significant improvements made while still honoring the original pricing from the pre-renovation listing! :) We are so sorry there was an issue with the check-in process! We do send out two options for accessing your arrival information—a link to a digital guidebook as well as email check-in instructions—so guests are able to view everything in the way that is most convenient. We have not received that type of feedback before, but we will certainly review it to see if we can make anything clearer going forward. We also apologize for the lack of beach chairs and umbrellas. Some owners choose not to provide these items due to liability concerns, but we do always provide recommended local rental companies for guests who prefer a full beach setup without having to bring their own equipment. Lastly, we are sorry for any frustration with the 10am checkout time. Because we often receive same-day bookings and last-minute arrivals, our cleaning teams begin turnover on checkout day in order to ensure the property is fully prepared for incoming guests later that afternoon. We appreciate your understanding as we work to balance flexibility with making sure each home is ready for the next arrival. This condo checked all the boxes when we booked it and I am pleased to say it exceeded our expectations in every way possible during our stay. Great unit, clean, functional and we loved how close it was to the pool and the board walk to the beach. The management company was fantastic. Just the right amount of communication and if there was a need to contact them, they were very responsive. My wife and I are already discussing coming back next year.

Fantastic Spot

This corner ground floor unit was great,..easy access to ocean and pool. Kids in pool a bit noisy but that happens everywhere. Some beach chairs, and umbrellas would be nice. I would recommend this rental.

We had a short but amazing stay at this condo. It was clean and appeared in person just as it did in the photos. The property manager was very nice and helpful. Hands down, it was the best customer service we have had with a property management company when booking a vacation rental. We loved being on the first floor and being able to walk directly out to the pool. It was also a short 2 minute walk to the beach. They provided all of the starter essentials we needed. The only thing I wish they would have had was a Keurig coffee maker. They did have a regular coffee maker so it worked out. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. We went to the Sandbar, Salty Pelican and The Back Porch Southern Eats restaurants. All of them were great! We went for a walk every morning and just had to cross the street to get to the sidewalk. I would definitely stay here again.
