This home has so much to offer! It’s close to the action of Nashville while still providing a low-key relaxing environment. With 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with a huge sofa (and 80 in tv), kitchen with a huge island, and bonus room with exercise equipment, foosball table, shuffleboard table, and 85 in tv, the interior of the home has all you need and more! And the porches and balconies on the exterior allow for relaxing mornings and evenings watching sunrises and sunsets, sipping coffee or cocktails, and enjoying family and friends.

Shelby Hills is a beautiful home that takes the guests into consideration. Anything you could need is there and while we didn’t need any of the items, they do provide a basket of items in case you have forgotten things. The home was clean and very tasteful. The large kitchen island and table was a great gathering space for our family. It is close enough for walking to Nissan Stadium, however, the walk is a little iffy and the last night when we walked back the police sent us a little longer way around but told us to stick together and watch our surroundings and it would keep us in a safer area than walking the straight shot. Overall, we will look for Shelby Hills House for future stays in the area.

The place is amazing, clean, lots of supplies, room for a large family and beds are super comfy! Great, safe neighborhood. Walk to local restaurants, shopping or Uber to The Grand Ole Opry, or downtown. We will definitely come back!

This house was a perfect fit for our group of 8 friends. The neighborhood felt safe and you could see the downtown area from the back porch. We took an Uber to Broadway one afternoon for a very reasonable rate. The porches & decks were a definite bonus. We also enjoyed the ability to comfortably hang out together - whether at the dining table or living room or porches. Communication with the owners was great - very responsive & helpful. Hoping to be back in a couple of years!!

A gem in Nashville

Booked for a family gathering. The home is beautiful and spacious. Many outdoor spaces too. Host is lovely and responded to us quickly. I would highly recommend!
