This home is in a very quiet location, great view of Crooked Lake , 50 feet of frontage, woods on lot, fire pit, large deck for grilling out and large grassy yard for playing games. close to state park lake MI. wonderful fishing from dock and canoe to use on lake. house is 3200 sq feet -three levels with ground floor being a walkout basement apartment in case one of your guests wants privacy.. FUN place to stay - has it all and close to everything in Petoskey.

Fantastic stay! Our group of eight adults and two children fit comfortably with plenty of space for everyone. There was no shortage of activities; we rented a pontoon for two days, and cruising down the river to Burt Lake was an absolute highlight. We also spent a lot of time golfing, dining out, and enjoying the incredible beach at Petoskey State Park for two full days. Highly recommended!

Your group really found all the treasures in my location .. best swimming six min away at best beach in MI (Petoskey state park), best inland boating right off my dock w two conjoined lakes and a trip down crooked river to Burt lake ! Fantastic adventures !

Calm and relaxing

House was perfect for our needs. Everyone could spread out when needed and get together for meals or games. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Very quiet location.

This home was very well equipped and large enough for our group of 6 adults and 2 children! We love the outdoor space especially the large deck and the dock on Crooked Lake. We enjoyed taking the canoe out, though we avoided swimming due to the possibility of swimmers itch. The house was also in a great location, close to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and lots of activities. Renee's communication was great- very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay!

Thanks Leigh, Always great to meet broncos from WMU! I’m glad you enjoyed the fire pit area ; we provide lots of wood for guests. The lake was a bit weird this year too much water then severe drought… all controlled by Mother Nature :/ we can sometimes get that swimmers itch in our northern mi inland lakes but to all who want to swim ; this home is only a six min drive to Petoskey state park ( Lake Michigan) and it has the best swimming in the area and best sunsets too! Thanks for your kind review and glad you liked the place !!

Hello I have lived in Petoskey for 32 years. I am a native of New York. I went to WMU on a basketball scholarship so there of course is a hoop in the drive way. The home is peaceful and quiet in a wooded setting. I love the birds around me. It feels like you are in a tree fort when you’re out on my deck. I also live in Brighton mi. I have a house manager named nancy. She will be cleaning and take care of your weekly needs should anything arise. I love to sit on my dock and watch sunsets . The boating from here is special as you can go into two lakes and a Channel. Petoskey is very fun to hang out in. Great shopping and sunsets !! Biking trails are everywhere and I love to bike in this area !!! I swim in Lake Mi in summer and it’s five min away. You will love it here !!!

Peaceful ! I love trees and looking at water. Large yard for kids and games. There is boat lunch five min away at end of road.

What makes this property unique

My home has just been remodeled. It is open floor plan and the large deck allows one to be in sun and relax !! This is my second home so everything you need to be right at home is here ! If you look at my 100 plus reviews so many guests say it’s my location. I’m centrally located to everything great about the area. Inland lakes , big lake MI , small towns , restaurants and brewery’s … you name it and it’s 10 min away at most.
