Restez dans ce magnifique appartement avec vue sur un million de dollars, pour un prix que vous n'obtiendrez dans aucun hĂŽtel de descente. Tous les studios ou appartements d'une chambre de Playa Azul ne disposent pas d'un grand balcon oĂč vous pourrez vous asseoir et admirer la vue sur une tasse de cafĂ© ou un verre de vin.

Si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner ou de sortir manger, nous pouvons faire venir un chef privé pour créer un succulent repas. Dites-le-nous suffisamment à l'avance pour prendre des dispositions.

Wonderful trip again

Great location and outstanding view. We will surely be back. Cleaning of the room could be more thorough, but we spent t15 min cleaning, sweeping and rewashing dishes and it was a relative non issue.

The view!!!!!

The view of the condo is breath taking! Being steps from the beach was a wonderful way to spend our days. We loved the property. The pool and more are a reason we will be coming back due to wanting our children to experience this property. The only problem we encountered was the elevator. All staff were so friendly and helpful. We will be back!!!!

The condo was amazing with crazy ocean views from the 17th floor. Place was very clean, neat with up to date features. Nice Roku TV, couch, with washer and dryer combo, with a clean modern kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. Ubering to and from wasn’t too bad, but everything was in walking distance and the area is safe. We enjoyed C-Note Live Jazz music & lounge and purchased tickets on eventbrite for the live Jazz band who was awesome. I’ll definitely stay again soon.

Slice of paradise

My husband and I loved our stay at Playa Azul. The unit was perfect! Gorgeous view! Short walk over to the beach, which was amazing. They had beach chairs, towels, and a small cooler for use. The bed was super comfy too! If we return to PR would definitely rent again!

Apt. Living, ocean view

The manager is very responsive, and even mailed back to the U.S. a phone charger we left. It's a good location for walkimg the beach, and there are restaurants within walking distance, though it is surrounded by fairly major roads, so not really nice for walking. The unit itself had a few maintenance issues, but we reported them, and we suspect this management would address them.

Great location

Great views and not crowded and quiet neighborhood. The room we had was good. Not great. But it wasnt great because it needed several things repaired. There was no battery in the smoke detector, trash was still in the garbage can, terrace door knobs kept coming off, and the tarrace doors were hard to open and close. Some of the bathroom towels looked like they were just used, and left. Used soap in the shower. Some lights didnt work. The list goes on. On the other hand, it was a great view of the ocean, and beach. Walking distance to the beach was excellent. About a handful of people on the beach daily. Now, for the building,.....well, the elevator is a scary thing. We had to go 17 floors up, and they only had one working elevator. The sounds that thing would make is insane. It sounds like they need to adjust the cables and chains in the elevator shaft. Loud cable clashing and chains too. The elevator floor was in rough shape. Reminds me on an elevator from the projects. If you press the buttons whether in the elevator or to call the elevator, the whole panel moves. The floor indicator was a joke. Itll still say 17th floor while youre going down. We were expecting to get stuck in that elevator during our stay.

Nice Beach front stay

The location was great. Pictures are mostly accurate. The only thIng I would improve is the cleanliness of the condo. There was a lot of grunge in the bathroom and kitchen cabinets and appliances felt dirty/ oily to the touch. It seemed they hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. Other than that it was a nice location. Thanks for the stay.

Comfortable stay

Elevators are a bit tricky (wrong number floors) and take a long time. But once you arrive to the unit you’ll be welcome to a very spacious place. Full kitchen with everything you need. Comfy couch. Beautiful updated bathroom. The bed was a bit too soft and lumpy but the view made it for it. The balcony is very big and host provided lots of beach accessories like chairs, cooler, etc. Overall, the place was very clean, communication was great and check in process was smooth and quick. Would recommend to a friend.

AWESOME PLACE

Peaceful location and a great placce to stay. Quick access to the beach and pool is excellent. Place is clean and lovely with an excepcional panoramic view to the beach from the 17th floor, i mean Hello!!!!! And if you want to try all kinds of Puerto Rican cusine, los Quiosco de Luquillo is less than 10 minutes drive

Beautiful View

The studio is adorable, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for a couple. Located within walking distance to the beach. Many amenities to take part in at the condo -large clean swimming pool, tennis court, and basketball courts on site. We were thrilled with the location. The elevator does require upgrading but it functioned fine during our stay. We have already discussed booking another stay at this location.

Good Stay!

Overall the area is perfect for a stay! Literally right on the beach. The view is amazing and breathtaking! The location is easy to arrive to. The staff in the building was very nice to us and assisted us with information in the building. Carmen was a great host with quick responses. I love that the building was secure and security guards were on sight. They kept good structure and everything needed a key for entrance which carmen kept in the room to use. Will stay again!
