`Endless Summer` at Beachside Villas in Seagrove Beach

This updated 2 bedroom 2 bath, ground floor unit is located in the quiet, family friendly Beachside Villas. Only 4 miles from Seaside and off the beaten path of 30A but conveniently located to many area shops, restaurants and entertainment and less than 50 yards to the beach access. .

The living area is open to the kitchen and has sliding glass doors out to the patio and offers a queen sleeper sofa.

Our updated, well stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, utensils and more.

We just added a new, comfortable king bed in the guest bedroom where there are also twin bunks, a private bathroom and closet.

The master bedroom also has a comfortable king bed, beautifully remodeled private bath and walk in closet with ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed setup along with a king bed, and there is even a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps two. The guest bathroom has also been completely remodeled with modern tile and fixtures.

Each room has a smart, flat screen TV and we offer complimentary wifi.

Rent bikes and enjoy the ride along the Timpoochee Trail that runs the length of 30A so you can explore Seagrove and the other quaint communities close by.

Beachside Villas has two pools, 1 seasonally heated, tennis courts, shuffleboard and community charcoal grills.

Nice and cozy, perfect for a last minute dash to the beach. It did say if could sleep 7-8. Which could happen, that being said, not sure if an account was taken for the space required for luggage. My 3 teenage daughters definitely challenged said space requirements! Lol. Alll in all, perfect for what we were achieving.

Great place for family vacation. Beachfront at condo is a stickler for only staying on the wet sand, but tram from condo helped. Also spent a day at Grayton Beach State park. The beach access would be nice, but not necessary to still have a great time.

So close to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Not very roomy but who cares when it takes 1 minute to walk to the beach!

We appreciate your comments. Our units at Beachside Villas are all 2 bedroom - 2 bath. Some have a bit larger living area. They are all cozy and comfortable and super close to the beach access; less that 100 yards! This is a quiet, family oriented complex with 2 pools, shuffleboard and tennis courts. It's a great place for a quick beach getaway! We hope you enjoyed your stay and will keep us in mind for your next beach vacation!

Very close to beach and few mile bike ride to many great places. Nice tennis facilities and the property is well maintained. The unit was clean and the king bed in the master was very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

Another Amazing Trip!

This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we will be back again next year. The property is clean and well furnished. It’s perfectly located within a VERY short walk to the beach and the same to the pool. It is ideally located in between PCB and Destin making a short drive to both. Also only a mile or so from The Hub. Great location for a small family and all the activities of the area. Highly recommended.

For a small group, PERFECT

For our family of 4 who love to travel, this was a great spot to call home for a week. We visited the squeaky sound beaches respected the private beach owners property and made a way to where we could enjoy the white sands. We enjoyed body surfing and snorkeling looking for shells. We went down to Shell Island as well for a dolphin tour which is 30 to 45 minutes away. Condo is great comfortable and what you need for a trip.

Week at the Beach

The property was as described and no major issues were noted during our stay. We had some initial questions when checking in, but the owner picked up on the first ring and was able to answer all of our questions immediately. Very responsive.

Great place!

We had an AMAAAAZING time at Seagrove Beach and Endless Summer was the perfect place for us! It was just enough space, without being too much to keep up with or get lost in. We liked it being on the ground floor just because we didn't have to drag all our beach gear up and down the stairs. The pool is very nice and the shuffle board was fun too. This condo is just a short walk from the pool and the beach as well so we had no complaints about walking.

Great Stay

Overall everything was great! Our kids loved the beach and pool. The condo was perfect for us, especially with an infant. The only minor knock is that the place to set up tents on the beach isn't immediately off the boardwalk but another 5 minutes west along the beach past the houses. There is a golf cart to drive you along the road to the beach access, which is helpful. With little kids, it was slightly more walking than anticipated, but it's still a great place to stay. We enjoyed the location and would stay again!

Summer Stay

Enjoyed the condo - enjoyed the beach - the pounding of the building project next door was very/very loud. I know that is not the owners fault but it was a problem. Seagrove is a great vacation spot and I would return.

Shifting Sands is a great 2 bedroom 2 bath ground floor unit at Beachside Villas. Just stepts to the beach access and offers sand dune views. The complex has 2 pools, tennis courts, shuffle board and is only a few miles from The Hub and Seaside. Maybe next time you visit, the construction will be complete!

Excellent Location and Close Proximity to Beach!

We loved the proximity to the beach and great restaurants (especially the Hub which is great for our kids). Very clean and perfect lay out for families with kids. The only downside was that it rained a lot while we were there because of a tropical storm, so it would've been great if there was a Smart TV to stream all of our kids favorite tv shows from our iPhone (I am being picky I know..haha). Excellent location and great stay overall though. Will definitely go back in the future!

Great location and so economical

This place was perfect for us. We are a family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids). We could not have asked for a better place at this price. The walk to the beach was literally 2 minutes and we loved that we could rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Set up for us each morning and then we didn't have to take it away in the afternoon. Eastern Lake was right beside us. We rented kayaks and paddled all over the lake one day. It was so much fun. Not to mention how close we were to other neighborhoods, like Seaside, Seacrest, Alys and Rosemary. The unit was so clean and well equipped. Kitchen fully stocked and TV's in every room. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Endless Summer is a wonderful unit with plenty of room for the price. We normally do not get much feedback about Eastern Lake being right next door. So glad you were able to enjoy one of our often forgotten amenities. Beachside Villas is a great location. Away from it all but so close to everything. Nice property

Unfortunately our stay was cut short by a family emergency and we had to return home a day after arriving. The property manager allowed us to check in early and was easy to reach when I called. The condo was very close to the beach but we didn’t learn until we received our check-in information that the beach in front of us was reserved for another set of condos and homeowners. However, there was a beach shuttle pick up right outside our condo so it would have been easy to get to the “public” beach. The condo was clean but a little on the small side so there wasn’t much room to spread out but it was very well kept and had all the necessities.

Why they chose this property

Beachside Villas is convenient to everything 30A has to offer. The complex itself is quiet, family friendly and only a very short distance to the beach access. There are two pools, one is seasonally heated, tennis courts and shuffleboard. I enjoy playing tennis so having access to tennis courts was a must for me, not to mention being so close to the beach.
