Free high speed wireless internet, HD 50 inch TV, DVD player, and free parking is provided. In addition to the largest heated oceanfront pool, Cocoa Beach Towers has a shuffleboard, putting green, tennis court on site as well as its own private beach access where you may witness beautiful sunrises, cruise ships sailing by. Nearby attractions. i.e. Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Port Canaveral, close to shopping, large variety of restaurants, mini golf, golf, go-karts, zipline. For us, having an on site tennis court that is in great condition was the best! Great view of the Cocoa Beach pier and Atlantic Ocean. Steps away from the beach and the pool was very nice. Condo is very roomy. WiFi was great and so was the TV. Extra benefit is the covered parking.

Great views and location!

Condo was clean and well furnished. Great views of the ocean and pier as well as the pool. Pool and grounds were meticulously maintained. We would stay here again!

Only real issue was with Cocoa Beach, not the accommodations. The traffic patterns don't have enough traffic lights to be able to make a left turn onto North Atlantic Ave.

Awesome Vacation

This was a great place to stay, great views, grounds were beautifully maintained. Some “hiccups” with the elevators - sometimes one not working, very slow and very hot inside!Master bathroom shower trickles out so was a little aggravating but otherwise everything was wonderful and enjoyed my vacation very much!Thank you!

Loved the location

Close to Cocoa Beach pier and restaurants. Great beach access First time we have ever stayed in a condo and had to pay to launder the towels, etc before we left. No washer/dryer in the unit. Overall a good experience.

That view and location!!!

The condo was perfect for ocean viewing and watching the cruise-ships leave for their destinations. The condo pictures shown on vrbo were accurate and we were comfortable there. We didn’t have a car but we were close to a shopping mall for groceries, restaurants and we were very close to the beach. The confo complex had it’s own pool, which was very clean and unobstructed from the sun. . I would dtay again if i was in the arra.
