yes very nice place all around , we loved it!
(bottom area with the sliding glass door.) enjoyable stay, clean and roomy, lots of windows, trails to the beach area

Not only is the location and view from this property incredibly, but I cannot say enough positive things about this host. She truly went above and beyond to help me and my family. We accidentally left medication in a cupboard, that we could not replace. While traveling, she took the time to coordinate with her housekeeper, and others, to meet up with us, a day later to get them back. This took an incredible amount of patience and coordination, on her, and the people she works with, and they truly saved the day for us. I very highly recommend renting with them.

There were a couple properties on the premises, and VRBO wasn't clear as to which was ours, but a quick call to the host resolved the issue. The view is beautiful and the apartment is decently spacious. Also quick access to the beach. We enjoyed watching the many waterfowl on the bay and view of sea lions relaxing on the spit.

Loved the place. Great view of bay and ocean. The place was plenty roomy for my 3 friends and I. Loved the little store within walking distance. Wasn't fond of the idea in the book to wash towels the night before. Luckily we had towels with us to shower in the morning before leaving. Also there was a lot of lost cars coming down the road and struggling to turn around at the end. Which was disturbing if you were sitting outside or at night with the headlights shining in. Plus you could reach out and touch the vehicles (scarey) from the sliding doors and dining room.

Great location, beautiful views, roomy “old apartment” feel. The second bath seems like a converted closet and more like we experienced in Europe. The low ceiling caused by air duct installation could be a problem for anyone over 6’ 1”, but my 6’3” hubby managed it fine and only hit his head once. Furnishings and appliances were adequate. We would rent again.

Great quaint little place. It was perfect for what I was doing. Only quirky thing was the ceiling height. Not sure if I missed that in reviews but it worked.

When we arrived. We were directed to some stairs, very poor condition holes in the wood portion and we were on the bottom level carrying down all of our supplies and suitcases for the week no directions on how to get there easier. Inside bed against the wall. one person had to climb in, lamp available bet no outlet, directions when leaving we must wash and dry towels. I did not come on a trip to do laundry would not recommend this place.

A beautiful location, walk about 20 steps down and you’re on the beach. Big place with dining area, kitchen, big living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can tell that a lot of remodeling has been done. The building is an older building but beds, sofas, towels etc. we’re good.. Some appliances show wear but all were fully functional. No mechanical air conditioning but just open the windows and you have the best kind of air conditioning …the ocean.If you like beach combing, so many places to go both up and down from Netarts for lots of ocean fun and places to eat. The Oregon Scenic Coast railroad is fun trip!
