Excellent place for a last minute spring break get away. 4 adults and two kids had plenty of space and a super quick walk to beach. Nice stock in the kitchen and fun balcony with great lunch views. Would stay again 100%.

We had a wonderful experience. The elevators at the tower did get stuck quite a few times however the host provided me with a phone number and I was able to contact maintenance easily. This was a tower related issue not the host issue. View was beautiful, rooms are large, and the walk to the beach is very quick and easy! Parking kind of stinks but the condo provides assigned spaces- it’s just a tight fit. Overall we would definitely come back. Check in and out was great. Condo was clean and we were able to enjoy the balcony with all 8 people in our group- it’s a large balcony with lots of seating. Great for morning dolphin views or watching people crab hunt at night!

Amazing property

This condo is spacious and beautiful! The sunsets from the living room were breathtaking. Great place to relax for a few days.

Very nice condo, beautiful views very updated, but the gym was not up to standards. But a great location for families.

Beautiful condo and perfect location! The views from the condo, amazing! The only downfall for us- when flying it’s not realistic to pack dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags, etc. Those things are so appreciated to have all ready for you instead of going to the store- The complaint I have is with the house keepers. They parked in another rentals spot which caused that person to park in ours because parking is assigned and very limited. The sign has a number for security but they never answer. I called Beach Getaways (which has nothing to do with the house keepers, we learned) and they instructed us to park in someone else’s spot until they could get someone out to “warn” the house keeper. This was not realistic as we would just be causing trouble for another person. Eventually the house keepers came out (we waited over 30min)- they were laughing and taking their time to leave. It was just very frustrating and interrupted our day.

Our condos are stocked with a starter supply of household essentials. The digital guestbook sent prior to arrival also outlines what supplies are provided and what guests may wish to purchase, depending on the length of their stay and personal needs. Regarding the parking issue, the housekeeper involved worked for another management company, and the matter was being addressed. Since parking is managed by the HOA, their team advised that you could temporarily use any available onsite space while they worked to resolve the mix-up. We understand the frustration of finding your assigned space occupied, but we hope this short-lived hiccup did not completely derail your getaway to paradise. We appreciate you choosing Beach Getaways and would be happy to welcome you back for another stay.

Very nice but no pool

The condo is very nice and you can tell it is new. The VRBO listing said it had a gym, hot tub and pool. There were none of these things. I called and inquired but did not get a call back. We thought maybe there was an agreement with the neighboring condos. The condo is located in a family friendly area.
