Also situated by hwy 64 for easy access to the powdery beaches of Anna Maria Island! This furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a private pool to lounge in while watching the wildlife around the pond. Please be cautious, we have nesting turtles behind the lanai. Conveniently located near Restaurants, Publix, Costco and more. Three bedroom, two bath home with a heated pool overlooking a peaceful pond. The main bedroom has a king bed, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a twin over queen bunk bed set in the 3rd. A queen and twin sleeper sofa is available in the living room. High Speed wifi and 3 2024 smart TVs capable of streaming all your favorite apps. The entire house is available for use. self check in with keyless entry! The garage is locked for owners use. Please reach out through the app. Emergency contact info is posted at the house.

The house was terrific, but our favorite part was the pool overlooking the pond. Birds were in and out all day, and one of the softshell turtles turtles laid her eggs right outside the pool screen! The owner was very helpful if we had questions!

Peaceful Stay

Had to rush to get a place for a loss of a parent. Available opening and the hostess expressed empathy. Clean, amenities were provided and small pond behind was soothing to view while sipping coffee. Ran a couple miles in peace and the neighbors were all so friendly.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is perfect! It is right on the Manatee River and is so quiet, peaceful and well kept. It is right off hwy 64 which is a straight drive to Anna Maria and Holmes beach. There is plenty of shopping nearby as well as Publix and Walmart for any immediate needs.

What makes this property unique

We love watching the wildlife at the pond and enjoying a cup of coffee watching the sunrise over the pond. There is a fishing/boat dock and the end of the road only 4 houses down. Bring a kayak and explore the canals and Manatee River
