Designed for comfort and convenience, each of our 5 bedrooms ensures a restful stay for every guest:



🛏️ Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): Queen-size bed with easy access to the main living area and a shared full bathroom.

🛏️ Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Another cozy queen bedroom, ideal for guests who prefer first-floor accommodations.

🛏️ Primary Bedroom (Upstairs): King-size bed and a private balcony with stunning lake views, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat.

Guest Access:

You’ll have the entire home to yourself, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Access is easy through the garage entrance, and self-check-in allows for a seamless arrival.

Nestled along Seneca Lake, The Cliff House is part of a quiet and friendly lakeside neighborhood with a mix of year-round and seasonal residents. You'll enjoy a peaceful, private setting while still being just minutes from local restaurants, wineries, and favorite Finger Lakes attractions.

To help preserve the relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, in accordance with local guidelines.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available.



Other Things to Note:

➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future.

➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.

➡️ Boats Cannot Be Docked – The property does not have dock access and boats may not be tied or moored at the canal or nearby.

➡️ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement before check-in.

➡️ Fire Pit, Kayaks, Hot Tub & Game Room – These amenities are for guest use at their own risk. Please supervise children and use responsibly.

➡️ Quiet Hours – This home is in a peaceful neighborhood. Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.

➡️ No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is only permitted outdoors, away from doors and windows.

➡️ Seasonal Access – Some amenities may be seasonal and weather-dependent.

➡️ Decorative Fireplace – The fireplace is for ambiance only and not in use.
