This charming cottage has all the comforts of home including a fully-stocked kitchen, high-speed internet, and 50" smart TV. Enjoy the private, fully-fenced yard with gated parking, and a skyline view of downtown. National Western Complex, Denver Coliseum, and RiNo restaurants, shops, and breweries minutes away! Across the alley from Globe Hall.

Short but sweet getaway!

My husband & I immensely enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage! It was super clean, & met our needs. It is located in a prime location. We were just a few minutes away from some good restaurants & were able to enjoy downtown Denver without staying there. We had easy access to highways & cute little neighborhood jaunts. I recommend this place & plan on staying here again!

Neighborhood was not as expected. Proximity to The Globe and their delicious bbq was unbelievable. Steps from the cottage. However, walking to the stock show (only 1 mile) took us through a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of unhoused people. No issues but there were some uncomfortable moments. Cottage is tiny as advertised but clean and adequate. Overall a positive experience.

Studio rental is exactly as described - very cozy and comfortable, excellent amenities (I briefly fantasized what it would be like living there, it was so welcoming!). Easy access, private, convenient, well-thought out, safe, and clean. A gem in Denver. Host is very professional and courteous. They go the extra mile to ensure that you have a good experience. Run don’t walk to book.
