We appreciate you sharing your feedback but we're sorry parts of the home didn't work for your group, and we're especially sorry to hear anyone got bumped along the way. We were glad to set you up with an early arrival and track down a garment steamer for you. We wish we'd heard about these other concerns while you were here too. We were in touch throughout your stay and would gladly have dropped off potholders or sent maintenance to take care of anything that wasn't right. This is an older home so some of what you noticed, like settled floors, original walls and older fixtures, comes with that history. The owners have been updating it thoughtfully while keeping that character, and we know older homes aren't for everyone. For future guests, the bedrooms have queen beds, as listed. These concerns haven't come up with previous guests and our previous reviews show how much people enjoy the home. That said, we take every comment seriously and our team is walking through the home with your notes in mind. We're happy you enjoyed the new furniture, appliances and artwork, and that our communication helped. Thank you again for sharing your feedback.
