Sunriver is Central Oregon's premier vacation playground year round, with tennis, golf and river action in summer, plus all kinds of snow sports in winter. Best yet, when you stay in this lovely cabin-style home, the fun is literally right outside your door.

The classic two-level Sunriver abode is nestled in the trees, offering you great forest views from the interior and from the large deck. On the ground floor, make yourself at home in the comfortable dining room, the convenient kitchen and the living room with the brick fireplace. In nice weather, head to the deck for barbecuing, outdoor entertaining and/or relaxing in the brand new hot tub.

Back inside on the main floor, you'll find the master suite with a king bed, plus a large walk-in shower. A queen size sofa bed in the living room sleeps additional guests. Visitors of all ages get their choice of entertainment with two TVs, two VCRs, a DVD player, a stereo and free high speed wireless Internet. On the practical side, the washer/dryer is also downstairs, so it's a snap to take care of your clothes when you're done cycling or skiing.

Upstairs, you head to a charming bedroom with a queen bed, a dorm room with two extra-long twin beds, and a full bath. These various sleeping arrangements are perfect for family and friends, a group of golfers or girlfriends on a getaway.

Conifer Lane is located in Central Sunriver, minutes from Fort Rock Park with its playing fields, basketball courts and tennis courts. This lovely woodland cabin even has bikes in the garage to take you to the park, the marina, stores, restaurants and SHARC, the amazing new aquatic center. A stay in Conifer includes eight recreational passes to this fun spot filled with pools, a year-round tubing hill and much more.

As a plus, the cabin is comfortable for anyone with limited mobility because all the essentials are on the ground floor.

About Vacasa, OR - Central Oregon Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Unusual layout

  • 3 of 5

This home has been nicely remodeled. Very clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were great. The 3rd bedroom is very separate from the rest of the house which our kids didn't like, but some might really appreciate. There are only 2 TVs in the house. The one in the living room is small. No working remote during our stay. Also, only a VCR. Though lots of good old movies. The kitchen had most of what we needed, but not nearly as well stocked as most Sunriver homes we've stayed in. Neighbors are very close and were very noisy.

Cozy.Windows.Red Pine Forest.😍

  • 5 of 5

Such a cozy home! Welcomed on the porch by the delicious smell of the cedar porch. Felt like we were sitting outside among the peaceful red pines b/c of the wall of windows! Loved it! Very clean. Would bring my own/more pillows & more blankets for master bed next time ☺️

Enjoyed our stay!

  • 4 of 5

Conifer 11 was a lovely home in the woods, walkable to the Ft Rock Park that our kids loved. Biking to SHARC and Village was easy and enjoyable. Updated bathrooms and kitchen in the unit were lovely.

2nd Time Staying Here

  • 4 of 5

Great access to all that Sunriver has to offer.

Just a few nits on the condition of the property. But if anything critical needed to be addressed, I know that Vacasa would have addressed it quickly.

Wife and family had a great time.

Wonderful Sunriver vacation!

  • 4 of 5

This home was a pleasure! It is a very cozy cabin, kind of "rustic" but a really great layout for a family. The Master Bedroom is downstairs and quite spacious and there are two cozy rooms upstairs, perfect for the kids. The location was great, as well, as it is on a cul-de-sac, so it is very safe for the kids to ride their bikes. It is very close to Fort Rock Park, pretty close to the SHARC and a bit farther from the village, but all bikeable of course. The bikes in the garage were all great, except one of the adult bikes, so my husband rented a bike during our stay. There are some amenities that would be nice:

1.) There was no A/C which is surprising because it gets pretty hot in Sunriver. The temps were in the 90's when we were there and the house was very, very hot, especially upstairs. We used the small fans and opened windows, etc but the rooms were very hot so it was hard to sleep.

2.) The washer, dryer and the dishwasher didn't work well. The dishwasher didn't work at all. I know its pretty typical for rentals to have sub-par appliances but I had to hand wash the dishes and our clothes were pretty dirty by the time we left.

3.) The next door neighbors were doing lots of noisy and dusty construction, starting before 7am.

I don't want to end on a bad note, these are just some items to know before renting. The house is great! Thank you!
