Located just minutes from downtown you'll enjoy easy access to hiking trails, lakes, & the vibrant local culture. Whether exploring the historic Whiskey Row, enjoying the outdoors or simply relaxing on the deck with a cup of coffee, this cabin is the perfect home base for your getaway.

The space:
Our rustic cabin, a true piece of Prescott history! Originally built in 1929, this lovingly remodeled cabin blends vintage charm with modern comforts. The cozy master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the secondary bedroom offers two twin beds, perfect for families or small groups. Our quaint bathroom comes equipped with all the basic amenities you'll need for a relaxing stay.

WINTER MONTHS:
4x4 vehicle or tire chains may be needed during snowstorms.

Guest access:
Lower basement is off limits to guests unless laundry access is granted by host.

We ended up staying only one day but was a cozy, comfortable cabin. Everything we needed. Beautiful subdivision with park across the street. Also close to edge of town and the Prescott National Forest trails. Would definitely stay here again!

The parking was challenging and had a hard time experimenting which way was best to get in and out. Wasn't sure about parking on the area below off the road. actually we accidentally back into the tree that was our only challenge other than that it was charming inside and the back patio very nice

Lovely wooded getaway for up to 4 people. Even though it’s nearly a century old, this cabin has had meticulous care, is clean, quiet, comfortable and inviting. Interior decorating and private outdoor patio with table make it a perfect wooded getaway. Everything works, which is not always the case with rentals. The extra-large dining room provides a nice Wi-Fi workspace if you have business to take care of. Filtered water was a pleasant surprise. Owner always responded fast and self-entry works great. There were even small snack goodies and 2 bottled waters for us upon arrival as well as 3 beautiful deer outside to greet us! Close to everything - highly recommend this cabin.

This cabin is in a great location, near downtown Prescott, close to hiking trails right in the neighborhood! The cabin has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Cozy, well-stocked and beautifully decorated cabin. Wonderful communication with the host. Secluded location within minutes of downtown Prescott. We absolutely loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer than a night. Thank you for your gracious hosting and sharing your beautiful cabin.

Cozy cabin stay

The cabin was lovely. It was clean and well decorated. It felt premium. We had a very relaxing stay. Very quiet at night. The woods are beautiful. The views from the front room are very nice. Would stay here again.

The cabin is cozy and we found it to be very clean inside. The living areas are large, but the bedrooms and 1 bathroom are tiny. Okay for 2 people but if you have more people in the house it will feel cramped. The kitchen is also very small with very little counter space for preparing food. It's ok if you do not want to prepare food and only use the refrigerator and coffee station.Now sure if it was just our bad luck but we experienced a few issues like the housekeeper had washed the comforter and then hung it up in the laundry room wet just before our arrival, so the first night we only had the duvet cover on the bed. Luckily, I found a blanket in the closet. There was also an issue with parking in the driveway. Because it is a shared driveway with the neighbor, the neighbor had placed a chain across a large portion of the driveway which then prevented us from using the driveway. We had to park the car in the road below the cabin.The grill was extremely dirty. Previous guests had grilled something with cheese on and the grill was full of burnt cheese. I doubt that the grill has been cleaned in a very long time. And there were a couple of maintenance issues I had to contact the host about.Communication with Leslie, the host was great. She responded very quickly and sent a text to my phone so that we can communicate via text message instead of through the VRBO inbox. Most of the issues were resolved very quickly
