This small cottage has a nice feel: it is very clean, well appointed, and everything about it allows the visitor to feel comfortable. I will stay here again if it is available.

Great Accomodations!

Our stay at this property was great. The accommodations were very clean, and comfortable. We were able to easily walk to the historic downtown area. Checking and out was very easy, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We hope this property will be available the next time we visit 👍👍

I am not sure what is meant by the "winery". As far as I know, there is no "winery" associated with the property.

Very quiet and restful

My wife and I took a weekend trip up here, and we loved it. If was very clean, cozy, quiet and a nice break from all the noise of the city life. We would love to come back when we can.

Location

Only a few blocks from the center of Prescott. Everything needed for our stay. The only negative was the need to operate a manual gate each time you arrived our departed.

Bike race stay

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this cute and quiet private property. The location was ideal for shopping, eating and getting to and from the bike events the home was so cozy and comfortable. It made it hard for us to want to go back home. We would definitely stay here again!

Very close to everything had wonderful time. I will suggest to friends for sure . The only thing I would clean is refrigerator needs to be cleaned looks clean has an odor. We left a deck of cards in case it snows again up there for someone else. We will definitely stay there again.

Cozy Cottage

The property itself was really cute and well furnished. The owner was very communicative and was able to answer any questions. One suggestion is for some shades on the high windows on the East wall. There is plenty of neighborhood lights to make the place never get very dark and when the sun comes up, you do too (lol). The parking was a little tight too for anyone with a full size vehicle. All in all though, great value and a nice place!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful inside, comfortable, everything you need. Great location. Owners very communicative, making it all easy. just a couple of comments for owner to address: light above sink is out; gate to get in tricky…some slats appear broken or loose; opening gate…have to get around metal to slide open wide enough for car. That said, WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY, and would return. Already recommended to people.
