From this two-bedroom/two-bath condo at Spinnaker Cove, you are steps away from the Valley at Eastport Golf Club, a well-maintained 18-hole golf course with a clubhouse and snack bar.

Our HOA requires a 30-day minimum stay - great for a peaceful getaway. The 30-day stay is ideal for remote workers and snowbirds looking for a longer-term getaway. High-speed internet is included and both bedrooms include computer desks. The Valley at Eastport offers monthly memberships for the golf course - perfect for the length of stay.

Ready to relax? Take in the views of the Intracoastal Waterway from the screened-in porch or visit the hot tub at the Spinnaker Cove pool. Want to explore the area? Little River is known for its excellent seafood restaurants and the famous Blue Crab Festival. How about the beach? You are minutes away from Cherry Grove Beach to the south or Sunset Beach to the north. Plus, bird and nature lovers will enjoy the trails at Vereen Memorial Gardens and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. Little River has it all!
