Great location and host

Went for a long weekend with my wife to get away from the cold. The property was exactly as promised and super clean. Janice the host was great! There are three units. Janice lives in one of the units and the other two are one bedroom units. They are not big but perfect for two people. Unit has everything you need. Provided beach chairs were great for the easy walk across the street to the beach. We rented a car so we could explore the area’s restaurants and bars. There is free transportation on The Circuit that works like Uber but is free just tip the driver. They pick you up in a golf cart. Highly recommend the Lucky Fish for breakfast lunch or dinner it was our favorite Tiki bar/ restaurant. The beach House is also a great rooftop spot for food and drinks. Looking forward to our next visit! Thanks Janice!!

Great location, nice home

Loved it except looked forward to a hot tub as listed in listing and there was none. Also pool was restricted to certain use hours ending at 7pm which should be pre-listed and although a cleaning fee is added in you are expected to really clean the unit to include sweeping, wiping and washing everything down.

Pompano by the Beach

Upon arrival the apartment was very clean. Although the apartment was smaller than what we expected it met our needs for our 4 day stay. The pool and surrounding area is very nice.

Very nice stay

Had a nice stay, place was as described. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, plenty of parking and a very short walk to the Beach. Heated salted pool was a nice touch, back yard area is very relaxing. Janice was very helpful and made us feel at home. Thank you!

Relaxing vacation

The apartment is perfect for a relaxing week in Florida. Close enough to the beach and with the backyard pool (only shared with one other couple) it was great way to relax at home. Host was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely come back to this property

This is the second time I have stayed here,both times the place was clean and comfortable. Janice was easy to communicate with.I would recommend this to family and friends,but not the week I need! Lol

Awesomeness

Wonderful cozy place, everything worked as described in the listing. Pool was warm and relaxing. Easy parking, easy walk to beach. Tiki bar at Seaside grill just down the block has a great seafood menu and is easy. Host was amazing and we enjoyed all the tips.

Perfect get-away spot for hubby and I

Truly enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We were looking for a relaxing, quiet, cozy getaway spot close to the beach and amenities - and found it here. The pool was beautiful, the beach was just a short walk away and the tasteful updates in this villa were just perfect. Ms. Janice was a wonderful hostess and gave us some great tips on eating spots, etc. We will definitely put this one on our "return asap" list.

Our expectations was not exceeded.

I had my 5yr old nice spend a night with me and was told I could not do this I guess I missed that rule and no guess visiting at this home . we were quiet people but she did not like having the extra people over without her permission. Need less to say my family had to leave so I will not be using her place again. The air condition unit was like a freight train in the room when it went on, kept us awake. The complaints was too much . we were not supervised by this type of reaction .

Marine Drive

This was our 5th year staying here and we feel like family. Janice does an excellent job of keeping the property in great condition and is available if you have a problem. The neighbor hood is great for walking and friendly. Would highly recommend !

Wonderful place. Steps to beautiful beach.

Janice was an excellent host with a wonderful place. Steps to intercoastal waterway on one end of the street and the beach on the other end. Beautifully landscaped pool area, with whimsical decorations and EP Henry pavers. Janice has a very well maintained property, and was close by to help with any of our needs. We will save the address for future Pompano visits.

Perfect area in Pompano Beach

The property was great. Janice was a fantastic host. Everything we needed was at the property. Beach was a short walk in one direction and the intercoastal waterway was shorter walk the other direction. Really had the best Florida vacation here. Looking forward to a quick return.

OUTSTANDING!

We were very pleased with our location, it was perfectly situation within a 5 min walking distance from the front door to the beach shore! HOW AWESOME IS THAT!? We were close to local eateries and grocery store "Publix" and easy to get to a major Hi-Way ((I-95 south/north)) which helped us get to downtown Miami for a family event. I also took a 4-hour fishing charter, only cost $50 each trip and you WILL catch something, it was awesome! Also if your a military Vet, parking along the Pompano beach and Pompano Pier access is free, along with veterans discounts at numerous business, just be sure to bring proof of serving. All-in-all I had an awesome time there and Janiee is THE BEST, very pleased to reside in your rental, THANKS!

Fourth Year review

Another year of being a snowbird in this great area! This is the best location for us to do our walking and visit with folks we have met these last 4 years. Property kept clean and neat. Owner has always been nice and friendly, but then we do follow rules that she has for guests! Will be back next year!!!

Nice and cozy

This is my first time to rent in my own city me and my son plan to stayed for a month my husband stayed at home for some repairs in the old house instead we stayed for two months, we like it very quiet and clean cute place . Ms. Janice the owner is very nice friendly, we love to walk around the area, to the beach til to the pier and to the Catholic Church.. If you look for a very quiet place this is the place , I highly recommend five star.

The one bedroom apartment is located (2 min) east to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Walk 1/2 blk west to the Intracoastal for boat watching in the morning, There is Hillsboro Lighthouse Point on the beach at the Inlet. Close to Pompano Fishing Pier, water sports, bicycling. Marriott Hotel Bars and Lounges close by. Approx. 10 minutes to the Aruba Beach Club.Great nightlife as well as numerous eateries.

If you take a short ride to Highway 1 there are more good restaurants, a shopping mall, movie theater, grocery store Publix or Whole Foods. Pompano Beach is close to Las Olas Riverfront, Palm Air Golf Course, Isle Casino Racing a Pompano Park and Galleria Mall. Several restaurants Houston's, Joes's Riverside and Caps Place.There are great water sports Wind Sailing Lessons, Paddle Board, Kayak or Jet Skis, deep sea fishing or just relaxing on the beach or by the pool. Eating out or cooking in is your option.
