It was perfect, very clean, decorated with great taste and had everything we needed .

What a great place to stay. Perfect location, lovely condo, most comfortable bed, loved the lanai for lunch, beautiful pool, made friends at the BBQ, and will be back. Best vacation I have ever had in Kauai. The owners provided very helpful information.

Great place in Poipu area!

The property was in great shape and in an excellent area. Right across the street from Lawai beach, which has excellent snorkeling. We also had easy access to the beaches of Poipu and shopping in Koloa. Overall, an excellent property for a couple on vacation!

Nice condo in Poipu

Florence was great at communicating everything. Also provided great suggestions on places to see, eat, and beaches to hang out.

Nice and quiet!

For us a retired couple it was perfect. Older condo but well kept beautiful trees and tropical plants on the grounds and the pool was nice. Quite nice to be able to walk to beaches and some shops. The owner has it nicely decorated.

Great location and place

Fantastic place and highly recommended. Great location, very spacious for two people and nice partial ocean view from the balcony. There are roosters roaming around all over the island (including the grass field outside the balcony and simply use a fan (in one of the closest) or a white noise app to eliminate the noise.

Nice condo property

Everything was accurately described in listing. Not many restaurants around. Snorkeling at beach across from condo and other beaches was nice with sea life, corals are not nearly as spectacular as they used to be. Lots of great hiking nearby.

Kauai...a great condo location and more

An attractive one bedroom condo, centrally located, surrounded by lush landscaping. A comfortable king sized bed, attractive furniture, impressive artwork, but most importantly AC without which we would not have rented.!!!

Poipu Paradise

Very unique property just a block from the beach. Everything was as stated in the listing. First floor location was very convenient. Good communication with the owner. Highly recommended.

Nice condo in Koloa

Easy access using keybox and emailed instructions. Clean unit with nice furnishings. Tropical style cabinets and nice kitchen. Solid wood dresser and furniture. Large closet space. Nice views. Always space in parking garage, or in front.

Nice Unit - Small Bathroom

The location was great, across the street from the ocean. You could see the ocean if you stood sideways on the small deck off the bedroom which was a little disappointing but the it was nice to hear it at night. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed, bed was comfy and the unit was very clean. The owners have done a nice job of remodeling the unit and the surrounding grounds a beautiful. The only draw back was the bathroom, which was VERY small. The closet that contained the toilet and the shower had a door that was 20 inches wide and inside the shower is a 30 inch square, a little tight to move around in. The building is older and upon research I guess some of the units have this tiny shower/toliet so beware if you are a person of any size and height that it will be a tight squeeze. Other than that the location was great and central to everywhere we wanted to visit.

It's the small things!

The first-floor condo is in an ideal location with easy access to the beach, the pool, etc. Parking was adequate with some spaces a little tight for a larger vehicle. The property and this unit are a little older and could do with some updates. Our main issue was the insect infestation that bothered us every day of our three-week stay. These tiny brown rice weevils were everywhere in the unit and significant effort was made to kill and clean up the small creatures. Bugs are a part of any stay in Hawaii and this experience is not new to us. But we had to clean (sweep and vacuum) bug bodies, living and dead, each day starting with the day we arrived. This took the edge off our planned vacation. Shortly into our stay we had to provide our own toilet paper and trash bags, as not extras were provided.

The place provided all the things that were needed for our stay. Clean place, respectable neighbors, the place was quiet and could not hear any neighbors. We did a lot of adventuring and cooking during our stay. Full kitchen stocked with all the necessities for cooking and very nice clean communal grills that we took full advantage of. The pool was great and the beach was less than a minute away with eateries close by and sightseeing. We were there during hurricane Lala and Florence was very accommodating when our flight was delayed due to the storm. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay. House was clean, pool and common grill area was nice. If i had to complain the Roosters in the morning were a little much but I don't think your getting away from that anywhere on the island. Lovely stay and an a amazingly beautiful island.

Excellent value, beautiful unit and complex!

Lovely unit-- recently renovated, with a/c! Very roomy, well stocked, great view from lanai. We loved the pool and barbeque too. Florence (owner/host) was a pleasure to work with; found us this (better) unit when we requested a/c, and sent numerous tips about activities that were very helpful.

Everything we needed

This property not only had an amazing location but had everything we needed. AC, Comfortable bed, 3 beach chairs, beach towels. It was right near multiple beaches and a nice restaurant across the street. Very close to downtown Koloa and all the conveniences in Poipu. It was also great to have laundry available at the complex, just bring your own detergent!

Paradise revisited...

An incredibly relaxing and fantabulous week despite the rain. First-time in this condo and loved the accommodations. Will definitely be back again.

Good location and decent unit, but did not enjoy the condo complex

The pros: good location, near a small beach and centrally located, and the condo was clean. The cons: the quality of the condo facilities was not what I was expecting given the price. I have stayed at much nicer condo facilities on Maui and the Big Island for a similar price. The individual unit itself was okay, but the condo complex had the feel of a motel. The office was never open to register my car and obtain a parking permit. The wifi was spotty. There as no in-unit laundry, only a communal laundry facility that required coins.

Exactly what we were looking for and more

Perfect location for everything we wanted to do on our Kauai trip….snorkeling, gorgeous hikes, good food, and beautiful beaches. NOT a busy top dollar fancy resort; DEFINITELY a beautiful and cozy piece of paradise. Would love to book our next trip soon , and when we do, it’ll be to stay here !

Very relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful three nights in this ground level condo. The lush gardens just outside the front door are spectacular! They keep the place so well maintained. Just across the street is a great snorkel place and we went there every day to see an abundance of fish and seaturtles! We enjoyed the sunsets at the „Beachhouse“, a restaurant/bar, where you can enjoy your margaritas out on the lawn next to the ocean. Sitting on the balcony of the condo, we enjoyed the view of the ocean and the green grounds of “Prince Kuhio Park”. So great to not look at another building!! We also enjoyed the pool in the complex after a great snorkeling trip. The condo was well equipped and clean and the communication with owner was excellent!!! We usually stayed on the north shore, but will be back to this gem for sure!!! Thank you Florence for providing such a piece of heaven for us!!!

Beautiful 4 Day Stay

We had a quick stay here, great central location on the island and nice unit. Owner was very responsive when we reached out for something, an easy and beautiful trip.
