Townhouse Square offers a heated pool, hot tub, and tennis courts are on site.

With a private balcony off of each room of the property you are sure to find tropical views and beautiful breezes!

There is a washer dryer in the unit, newly updated kitchen, flooring and decor!

Private covered parking spot right in front of the condo.

The ground floor is air conditioned with sofa and a television. Second floor is living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom. Third floor are the bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms

The condo HOA requires and rental application and fee that is NOT included with the VRBO charges. The condo HOA requires a check from the renter to accompany the application
