This is a 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom, tri-level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 2. It has a maximum occupancy of 8, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14445.

Park in the lot nearest the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up two exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level. From there you'll walk up another set of steps to the loft.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

⬧ Living room = Queen sofa pullout with its bedding set up and a 60” TV

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is in good shape, 2 king beds. Kitchen had all the appropriate pots and pans. Very clean. Good location although if you’re taking the bus to the hill you’ll need to walk about 300 yards to the bus stop. We asked for delivery of some extra towels and got them next day. Very satisfied. Left a $20 tip for cleaning ladies.

Reviewer Comments: The property it self was ok, but we didn't receive the welcome email that told us how to check in and the code for the room. They had all of the wrong information - email, where from, phone. Had to call them multiple times just to be able to find the condo and get the code to get into the place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has a lovely view of the meadow and mountains. Nice photos. But it needs serious upgrading. Range burners don't work, ice maker doesn't work, small appliances really old, utensils old and broken, etc. Area rugs need cleaning, we thought the condo run down.

Beds were comfortable and the roominess of it all was great! Would like to have had an upstairs bathroom!! Appreciate Kadi's help in booking the reservation! She was the Best!!

Reviewer Comments: We liked the condo very much, particularly the location with the grassy area and creek so near.The bad news however is that the bed in the master bedroom has bed bugs and we got a lot of bites.Unfortunately they came home with us and we are still dealing with the problem.
