This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, single level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 2. It has a maximum occupancy of 4, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14452.

Park in the lot nearest the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up a set of exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door you’ll find the entire property on the main level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmat for your stay.

⟾ MAIN LEVEL offers:
⬧ Living room = Queen sofa pullout with its bedding set up and a 43” TV
⬧ Bedroom 1 = King bed and a 32” TV
⬧ Alcove bed is 71 inches long by 28 inches wide

Son and I booked to enjoy a couple of days of skiing. Everything was clean and convenient. We had a great time!!!

Wonderful condo

We really enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo again. Only 2 issues. Mattress on the bed is not great. There are no throws for relaxing in the couch. I’m sure the pandemic plays a part in that. Otherwise, it clean, convenient and dog friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most importantly this condo was very clean and well maintained and the King bed was very comfortable. Re: Use of kitchen, thankfully I brought my own cookie sheet for baking. Could use an updated coffee maker and some good coffee mugs. My only complaint would be the amount of dog feces right outside the condo. We picked up after our dog, but obviously other renters did not. Would have loved a recliner or two instead of couches but they were comfortable. Overall highly satisfied with the Condo. Would highly recommend and rent again.

This unit has little view, and very basic furnishings.It sufficed, but no modern conveniences for devices or upgraded furnishings. Standard conveniences were fine and well planned. Didn’t know dogs were allowed in adjoining units. Walls thin, neighbors conversations and TV were loud and clear, though they were at normal volumes.Take out my own trash upon departure? Hmm. That’s what housecleaning is for. Everything functioned as it should.I will visit Snowcreek again, hopefully with a little more upgraded unit.The communiques from the corporate office were a little too, well, corporate and impersonal. But, decent direction.Thanks.

Close to everything yet very quiet. Our condo was very nice. Had everything you needed. Only complaint was that the refrigerator had a leak inside. The top shelf always had a layer of ice or a puddle of water on it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place smelled moldy. I ran into the owner of the downstairs place who told me the shower and dishwasher had leaked into the downstairs unit and the ceiling caved. You can still smell mold. Only clock in the place had a dead battery and two lamps had burned out bulbs. Took two days to replace the bulbs. Obviously they don’t check this stuff before renting it. Clean linen but nothing else.

The end unit provided light and cross ventilation. Our dog enjoyed sitting on the deck to watch and listen to bird and squirrel life. I reported that the refrigerator and toaster need replacement. I would suggest different flooring than carpet for any rental unit especially dog friendly ones. More sanitary and clean looking. The unit was well supplied with linens and towels. Bathroom update was very good.

Nice pet friendly condo

I like the fact the linens/towels are all fresh and washed before your stay. Also love that they provide Toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, and paper towels. The only thing we needed to bring was shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The fold-out sofa mattress needs to be replaced, there are actual springs poking thru. I would suggest bringing a mattress topper to throw on top if you need to use it. Upon arrival the complex was badly snowed in and there was not a shovel anywhere in the unit. The management company did bring one the next day, but boy was it tough to lug all our stuff from the car in that much snow, Also all the wood was outside covered if many feet of snow so we had to dig that out and allow it to dry out before we could start a fire.

Great Location and nice home - Needs a tech upgrade

Loved our stay. Very nice home in a great location. If you are interested in having access to technology..... There needs to be a technology upgrade. Wifi was very weak. Could not stream any content. Also, the HDMI connections were broken when trying to attach our Apple TV or laptop.
