Welcome to the desirable Snowcreek! This bright and warm condo offers beautiful mountain views and direct access to the lovely Snowcreek Meadow and Mammoth Creek. This is a great family location: safe, quiet, and peaceful.

This property offers easy self-check-in, free parking directly outside, workspace area, Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, private BBQ, and year-round access to jacuzzi and sauna.

This quaint and cozy home will make an excellent home base for you next Mammoth vacation!

About the Space:
This 1 + loft, 2 bath, upstairs, corner unit offers a light and bright atmosphere, with approx.1000 sq. ft. of comfortable living space. The home has vaulted ceilings and extra windows looking out to a beautiful mountain view. There is a private patio with seating area and a private BBQ.

The living space has a nice open feel. The living room offers a pull-out couch, with a pellet stove, to keep warm during the cold winter months. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to prepare a delicious meal and there is a dining room table with bar seating.

The bedroom is on the main floor, outside the living area, with a king-sized bed with closet. The full bathroom is shared with the common living space, located in the hallway outside of the bedroom. The bathroom has a separate vanity area and a tub/shower. Across from the vanity is private, in-unit laundry. There is also a dedicated workspace in the hallway. Upstairs, in the loft, there are two single beds and an ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, and pellets.

You will undoubtedly love staying in this cozy home!

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Snowcreek - there is one jacuzzi and a sauna.

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. The parking spaces are located in any open space in the community parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.

Everything was in working order, clean, and accessible. Easy check in process and very direct access from parking which is important to us. We love snowcreek and this place was an excellent deal. Also, for the first time in my LIFE I left something behind when we left, a very sentimental item. They located it and mailed it to me which I appreciate very much. The management is also very responsive and helpful. I asked for more pellets and they delivered some same day. All in all, a great stay.

Great place to stay! All rooms were clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms had spaces for storing and hanging clothes. The kitchen was well appointed; we appreciated the complementary ground coffee and filters. We also appreciated the available laundry soap for the washing machine. Check in was easy and the requirements for our stay were easy to follow.

Cozy and comfy stay

Great setup with the bedroom and upstairs loft along with 2 full baths. Pellet stove pumped some serious heat and was super cozy at night during the snowstorms.

Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is close to everything and we were able to ride bikes easily to dinner and the shops. The condo was well stocked with essentials and we appreciated that.

A nice condo in a great location

I’ve stayed in numerous condos in Snowcreek over many years. This one is nice, has a great floor plan but needs a little TLC. The furniture is serviceable but worn, the windows in the bedroom are broken, the heater in the bathroom doesn’t work and the appliances are mostly original. Having said that, it was quiet, and fairly priced for the market and season. I would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Snowcreek 444. You can hear the creek which is nearby. Gorgeous views out the balcony, great place to relax and enjoy the view. 1 bedroom/loft and 2 bathrooms was the perfect setup for us. Plenty of pots/pans/dishes....just wish they were checked every time for cleanliness. Communication was fantastic with the Property Management. I had called them with a question, but no answer, so I decided to forget it and hung up. Within about 20 minutes Noah, unexpectedly, returned my call with an answer. Then 10 minutes later, a woman, also returned my call. I was definitely inspired by the professionalism and their caring for their customer.

Until next time....

My partner and I have stayed at this location before. We love Mammoth Lakes, so we decided to try this unit again. We would gladly stay here in the future. The management team gets 5 stars for their service. We did have a few issues. There were no pellets for the pellet stove. :( But, the management team, brought the pellets the next day....great service!! There are a couple of other things worth mentioning. The windows in the bedroom are an issue. Of the 2 windows that are supposed to open in the bedroom, both are broken. One of them does not open at all and the other opens a few inches. I reported it to the management team. They said they need to report it to the HOA. Another issue that we had is that the heater in the bottom floor bathroom does not work. Now we are not expecting perfection, but we would like everything in working order. This units gets 1 thumb up out of 2 thumbs up.
