Un nouveau front de mer époustouflant; Construit post Sandy en Juin 2015 landmark par Studio Tagland commandes gracieusement des vues éternellement changeantes de l'océan Atlantique à partir de ses nombreux ponts autour et des étendues de verre. 4400 sq. Ft de cette Chambre. Habitable comprend 7 chambres, dont 4 suites de maßtre, et 6 salles de bains plus une salle d'eau.
La cuisine de rectangle avec comptoir de granit et de grand centre Island, Ă  aire ouverte salle Ă  manger et de la famille circulaire donne le sentiment d'ĂȘtre enveloppĂ© dans l'Ă©treinte de la famille et les amis. Le dĂ©bit de la chambre est transparente. Cette offre comprend une Maison ascenseur et 2 bars humides. Unique dans le monde entier. 80 pi. De façade ocĂ©anique, Construction neuve et meublĂ©e au goĂ»t moderne. Tous les espaces de vie et les chambres ont des planchers de bois franc. La maison dispose de la capacitĂ© d'accueillir jusqu'Ă  16 personnes.
Il ya une grande terrasse sur le toit pour l'emplacement de rassemblement idĂ©al pour tous les repas ou les conversations de fin de nuit avec des amis. Sentez-vous cette plate-forme supĂ©rieure de toit avec l'ocĂ©an, la baie et pont des vues inoubliables aussi loin que l'Ɠil peut voir. Profitez de cette belle propriĂ©tĂ© en bord de mer de trois Ă©tages avec plancher au plafond et vue sur un cadre calme tandis que de la marche ou Ă  vĂ©lo la distance des magasins, les films et tous les restaurants et les commoditĂ©s.

Le 3Úme étage dispose également d'une magnifique grande salle avec un mur de portes coulissantes en verre qui donnent sur l'océan. Suivre les vagues se brisent sur le rivage que vous dßnez sur la table ronde Bermex confortablement assis 10 ou au bar du petit déjeuner siÚges supplémentaires 6 invités.

Vous pouvez laver la vaisselle tout en admirant l'océan de grandes baies vitrées. Regardez le "TV HD 60 du canapé circulaire et de section.

5 chambres donnent sur l'une des nombreuses terrasses. De retour de la plage, laver le sable de l'aide de la porte de sortie privée de deux douches.

Beautiful roof deck and views of the ocean from most all of the rooms, great location on the island. Kitchen is really nice with nice dishes.

Family vacation

Amazing beach house!

We are happy to have rented this beach house for our vacation. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries. The home was beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean. Conveniently located near a grocery store as well. Very, very nice area. Definitely recommend!

Spacious, beautiful and fun

It was spacious enough for everyone to live comfortably, have great family times and have their own space. We had great views of the beach and it was easy to get around. The rooftop provided beautiful sunset pictures as well. We would highly recommend this rental and hope to be back soon

Wonderful, relaxing stay

Beautiful home on beach

Home is beautiful and view is incredible. The rooftop deck is amazing. Home wasn’t super clean and I’d recommend to bring your own blankets along with your linens as I don’t think the blankets were cleaned before we arrived.

What a Home!

Right on the ocean with spectacular views and a great breeze. We never even turned on the AC because the breeze is so nice. Very clean. Walking distance to Acme and fantastic ice cream. Great kitchen to cook for a large group. Big six burner stove with huge oven. Lots of refrigerator space.

Beautiful home with amazing views!

My extended family and I (15 people, including kids ranging in age from 8-21) had a fantastic week in this beautiful and comfortable home. The rooftop deck is huge and offers gorgeous views of the ocean and the bay. The location of the house is convenient to grocery shopping and the ice cream shop, which the kids loved walking to in the evenings. We'll definitely be back!

Wow!

This property is awe inspiring. The views are so big and gorgeous. Watched the waves and the moon and dolphins playing in the surf. We ate all our meals on site because why would you leave? Spectacular. The house itself is spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The decks are the best ever. From the roof, full view of ocean and bay. What a nice spot to chat and enjoy a glass of wine. The property would be wonderful for a larger group but it was divine for the four of us! Sure hope to return!

Supreme rental.

Ten women traveling together is not easy. To NOT have a single complaint about the accommodations is a very rare thing. We have been lbi vacationers for years. Never have we had a home with EVERYTHING absolutely perfect. Not only are they the best views, and endless conveniences including an elevator but it was also immaculate. The only complaint I have is that we had to leave. We can't wait t to return . Thank you thank you thank you .

CAN'T WAIT!

Hello new owners, I am writing this in anticipation of our stay in 7/2016. The place looks great and I am glad I personally pushed for it. After reading the reviews (thus far), I am hoping that by the time we come you will have expanded on your outdoor furniture. We've rented for years now at the shore and have never had a home without a sturdy umbrella in a nice sized table for us to gather outside with a little relief from the sun. This is especially needed for the most mature people in our family who really need it as they want to "be at the beach outside" but not in direct sun as they cannot walk in the sand often. I see the smaller picnic table in one corner but with larger groups I hope you reconsider this. We can't wait and hope this will be the house we come to year after year! Shhh...don't tell anyone how breathtaking this house is...

...because we can't wait to go back! I'm sure the owners will have NO problem keeping this place fully booked every summer! I stayed with a group of 14 adults for half vacation/half work retreat over a long weekend. The house was spacious, thoughtfully appointed, spotlessly clean and well-constructed. The views!! The views of the water never got old. Even though the weather was a bit cloudy and rainy, it was still relaxing to curl up on the couch and just watch the ocean. The house is so close to the waterfront (and the views were so expansive) that you always feel like you're AT the beach, even the weather prevents you from being ON the beach. Also, the proximity made it easy to dash outside to the waterfront to catch few hours of sunlight here and there. The house is literally steps from the ocean, which makes it super convenient going back and forth for drinks, snacks, the bathroom, etc. Our group has traveled a lot to various beaches over the years, but this is the first house where everyone got their own room, king/queen sized bed, and their own bathroom. After so many years of room-sharing and jockeying people around, it was so nice for all the adults to be able to spread out and have their own space and their privacy. The kitchen was huge, open, and well-supplied. We had a personal chef/friend in our group who cooked dinner for us one night. It very easy for him to work but also enjoy our company thanks to the big open living space. The outdoor space was also incredible...the pair of roof deck loungers were so comfortable and a HUGE plus. It felt like being on vacation at a resort. (A couple more roof deck loungers--I think that is the ONLY tiny thing I could think of to improve upon this incredible property.) If the weather had been nicer, I'm sure we would have been fighting over who got to spread out on them! :P Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and I'm sure we will be making a return visit!

the third floor kitchen, dining area, common area is huge with a great unobstructed view of the beach and ocean along the long side of the house. the balcony on that level and the rooftop deck provide even more space with great views. the owner is very friendly, responsive, and easy to contact. would definitely rent this place again

Thanks for the New Family Memories!

This gorgeous oceanfront home was spacious and the hosts were gracious! The layout was excellent for our family gatherings to enjoy meals and game nights around the large dining room table. The open entertaining area is framed by expansive views of the ocean. Sleeping rooms are clean and well-proportioned with views everywhere. Other nice perks offered by this home: rooftop deck, plenty of seating for family movie nights, wine fridge, well-appointed kitchen. The elevator came in especially handy for a niece who broke her ankle 2 days before our arrival. Everyone in the family gives this place 5 stars with hopes to return soon. Thank you Nahar family!
