Espectacular NUEVO frente al mar, Harvey Cedars, LBI, vistas increíbles

Nueva casa terminada en junio de 2018 y construida con mucho amor y cuidado. Planeamos usarlo durante la mayor parte del año para nosotros, pero lo tenemos en la lista aquí para compartirlo con algunas familias pequeñas durante algunas semanas, QUIEN LO CUIDARÁ COMO SU PROPIO. No permitimos fumar ni mascotas, así que por favor NO pregunte. En todo lo que quisiéramos, no estamos en condiciones de cambiar nuestras tarifas de alquiler.

Estamos aceptando solicitudes para 2020 por algunas semanas en el verano. También hemos decidido pasar a un alquiler de VIERNES A VIERNES. Esto hará que sea más fácil llegar y salir de la isla. Además, te ofrece un fin de semana completo cuando vienes.

DESCRIPCIÓN: Vistas espectaculares, aire central, wifi, ascensor, bañera de hidromasaje, altavoces en todas las cubiertas, 3 cubiertas que incluyen una terraza en la azotea, electrodomésticos de lujo, muebles de interior y exterior.

Es una casa unifamiliar de 6 dormitorios, 4 baños completos y 2 medios baños. 3 habitaciones son master suites, todas con baños adjuntos y vistas increíbles al mar. Uno de esos 3 es el dormitorio principal en el piso superior. Los otros 2 están en el primer piso. Habrá 3 dormitorios adicionales. Dos de ellos tienen 2 pares de literas y uno tiene dos camas individuales. La casa podrá dormir 16. Ideal para familias pequeñas. Hay terrazas en cada piso con espectaculares vistas del océano, además de una terraza en el techo con increíbles vistas al mar y la bahía.

El hogar es una vida inversa con una gran cocina y una gran sala en el piso superior y el dormitorio principal. Habrá un ascensor, garaje para 2 autos, una parrilla de gas y una chimenea.

Tenemos dos bares húmedos, uno en la gran sala en el segundo piso y uno en la sala familiar en el primer piso.

Tenemos un sistema de audio Sonos con altavoces en todas las cubiertas, incluida la cubierta de la azotea, la gran sala y la sala familiar. El televisor en la sala de estar es un televisor de 65 "con sonido envolvente y un Apple TV adjunto. Cada habitación tiene su propia televisión con Comcast y Netflix. Hay acceso a internet de alta velocidad con 3 puntos de acceso wifi en diferentes lugares de la casa para brindar una buena cobertura.

Hay vistas espectaculares del océano, perfectamente centrado en la playa, tiene acceso directo a la playa, a 20 pies de distancia. El puesto de salvavidas se encuentra directamente en frente de la casa, por lo que es ideal para padres / hijos. Se encuentra en un camino privado para que los niños puedan caminar fácilmente de ida y vuelta a la playa en busca de comida, baño, etc. Un parque / área de juegos súper frente a la bahía está a solo 2 cuadras de distancia, incluye tenis, baloncesto, equipo de juegos, campo de béisbol, muelle de pesca, muelle de pesca, campo de ejercicios, herraduras, cancha de voleibol y excelentes puestas de sol para todos.

El puerto deportivo Harvey Cedars está cruzando la calle. Disfrute de alquiler de kayak en el puerto deportivo. Causeway Boat rental se encuentra a poca distancia en auto, donde puede alquilar botes.

Es una excelente ubicación para familias con niños, ya que estamos en una calle privada y no hay tráfico. Hay estacionamiento para 4 autos en un camino pavimentado nuevo.

Relájate en la terraza con una bebida y tus seres queridos mientras miras el océano y disfrutas del sonido de las olas.

Fantastic location, beautiful home

We rented this beautiful home for two weeks in July. I've rented many, many homes over the years in LBI and this house is definitely in the top 1% of available home rentals in terms of both location and quality. The home's oceanfront location is spectacular and the windows take advantage of the beautiful views. There is also a lifeguarded beach right over the dunes and it is a short walk to Bayview Park which has free concerts and other events. The house itself is updated, very clean and has a very spacious layout which makes it great for extended family gatherings. One note for future renters is that the VRBO site lists the main master as a Queen size bed. I'm pretty sure it is a king, so plan your bedding accordingly! Thank you Dinesh and Renu for a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful Beach Vacation Home

We really loved this home - newly redone and in beautiful shape. It was great to share with family and friends with bunk rooms for the kids. The location was perfect and the views of the beach were spectacular - especially from the roof deck! The owners were incredibly responsive with any minor issues. Wonderful home all around and made for a great vacation.

Spectacular home

Great week on LBI. House was perfect for our family reunion. Great comfortable common spaces but also plenty of privacy. Hot tub under the stars and porch overlooking the beach were big hits. Beach restoration already completed with easy access. Highly recommended

Wonderful Getaway!

Wonderful vacation home.

We had the good fortune to be able to rent both the up and downstairs units for the week. Both are mirror images of one another and are very well appointed. The beachfront location was perfect for the grandkids to come and go as they wished. The sunset views from the upper deck were fantastic. The home is situated close to markets (Neptune, one mile north) and is geared more towards a relaxing family vacation as opposed to the bustle of the south end of the island. Everyone (ages 9 to 70) had a wonderful time. Dinesh was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend the rental very highly. Looking forward to next year.

Perched right on the dunes overlooking the sea

This was our first time to LBI and I was so happy that we chose Harvey Cedars and this house in particular. The oceanfront homes in Harvey Cedars have an absolutely breathtaking view of a wide horizon on dunes and ocean. It's not just that you can see the sea, it's that you have a panorama that seems to go on for miles and miles. And this particular house is sited diagonally on a double plot so that two of the bedrooms (the master and the one with two twins) have magnificent views that complement that panoramic view of the main living area. Best part: In either of those two rooms, you can really hear the surf (loud) all night and feel the sea breezes as you sleep. Wonderful. Other than that, the house is clean and neat with everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect beach house!

This was the second year renting this property. We love it! It sits on the sand, with perfect views! The inside is clean, and the outdoor shower is the best! New gas grill...laundry..everything you need for a perfect getaway. Any questions I had were quickly answered by Dinesh..I would highly recommend this house! Looking forward to next year..Diane

Wonderful Vacation Location - on the beach!

This is a perfect spot for oceanfront vacation idyll! The home is lovely - outfitted with all that you need to make your stay a good one. The photos accurately reflect the home and the location. It is clean - which is so important. The location in Harvey Cedars is convenient on the north side of long beach island. it is on a 'lane' which makes it quieter. The marina is right down the block to rent kayaks, etc. restaurants are nearby if you can tear yourself from the ocean. Most importantly, the owners are first class. They were very helpful in answering any questions that we had. We would recommend to our friends for sure!

A place me and my family keep coming back too............

This is a wonderful rental property that is perfect for my family of 5. I have 3 boys 11,6 and 4 and they love being here due to all the fun things to do on the island and the proximity to the beach. This apartment works no matter the weather...on a stormy afternoon you can still be in the apartment and feel relaxed as you look out to sea. It is a very calm and peaceful place to stay and when we come back home we are always refreshed and happy. I am also happy to report that 'Sandy' has had very little long tem affect on the island...there are a few issues at the south end but here in Harvey Cedars it is almost back to normal. The dunes are being re-built right now so my 4 yr old was delighted to watch the workers. I highly recommend this property to rent as you won't be sorry if you do.

Location, location, location.....

We just returned from a wonderful time on the bottom floor of this house. We desperately needed some relaxation and received it here. Even though you cannot see the ocean from the bottom floor, you can certainly hear it. It is that close. I want to thank the owner, Dinesh, for her patience and kindness throughout the booking process. The mixup we had certainly worked out in our favor and it was greatly appreciated. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone. It is not the Ritz but it is comfortable and convenient to nearby activities. I also would recommend Neptune Market for sandwiches, Plantation Bar for their Rum Runner and Bisque Restaurant for a great dinner.

Another year of great vacation at Harvey Cedars!!!

Another year of fun and relaxation at Harvey Cedars!! When we went last year, I knew that we'll keep coming back. Everyone had a great time, the children especially. They can't decide whether swim in the ocean or the bay! Tough choice. My husband, John and I sat by the deck each morning, put our feet up, had a cold drink, enjoyed the cool breeze, and said to ourselves "this is good living.... what a life!" Thank you Dinesh and Renu for letting us stay in your gorgeous home!

Exceptional Vacation House in Harvey Cedars, LBI.

This is a great duplex RIGHT ON the beach in Harvey Cedars, LBI. I rented both the top and bottom which are mirror images of each other for a week (3BR, 1BA, full kitchen in each). The place was spotless and very modern with flat screens and WIFI connections. Has two gas grilles, a washer/dryer and outside showers. If the opportunity presents itself I will rent this property again. Each duplex has 6 beach passes so there was a total of 12 passes for the week. I had mostly older people (30+) at the house for the week with the exception of one day when a colleague brought his 3 kids to the house/beach. I think this house is better for older folks and not the best for young kids or college kids looking to party as Harvey Cedars is more "secluded and quiet" than Surf City and the Southern Side of LBI. Perfect weather, a picturesque, semi-private beach, and a great place to stay made our vacation quite memorable. Highly recommend this house to people looking for a quiet getaway.

True Paradise for families with kids

We were fortunate to be able to rent this place for Thanksgiving 2010. The new owners had just taken over the property but they were extremely nice and accomodating. They made sure that we had everything we would need to cook/enjoy our holiday and keep our kids comfortable, even if that meant making new purchases (such as comforters etc.). The house was very clean, well maintained, and well stocked. It has beautiful views of the ocean. The private driveway helped with letting our kids play soccer outside when it was too cold to hang out at the beach. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and will hopefully visit soon.

an amazing place, with incredible view on the ocean

this sweet place is absolutely unique and amazing you have a full ocean view from all the rooms in the house, especially the main living room, that surrenders the ocean also, the deck is very nice and the house very convenient with young children with a direct access to the beach and a park lot just besides the house the owners are very flexible and worry about everything is doing well definitely a must place where we would like to come back very soon!!!! thank you Magali

AMAZING !!

Anyone that wants to rent a beautiful home with the most amazing views you could ever imagine MUST rent this property ! The home was in pristibe condition, the property was well stocked with items which the owner specifically details in the home bio, and its location on the beach is pure perfection !! Love the beach here......and the quiet surroundings

we have stayed here three times, and except for the beach construction last year, and the sale of the property we would have looked forward to it again this season.....will definitely be looking forward to it next year.....

We are a professional couple (a physician and a retired reference librarian) and enjoy the ocean. We love to travel. We live about an hour and a half from LBI, near Princeton and love every minute we get to spend in our home on Harvey Cedars. We fell in love with this property when we bought it in 2010. We had an older duplex home till 2016.

LBI is one of the favorite spots on the NJ shore. The beaches are beautiful and LBI is well connected to NY, Philadelphia and Atlantic City is close by.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

House is located on a private street with no through traffic. There is ample parking. The lifeguards are located directly in front of the house during the season. Restaurants are close by. The marina is across from the road and the Harvey Cedars Sunset park is a stone's throw away. The sounds of the ocean are amazing and soothing.
