Best location ever! Near so many things!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous time ! Year two at this rental. Only thing that would make it more perfect would be washer/dryer and maybe a little more seating in the backyard. We’ll be back😀😀

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great week on the Cape in Dennisport. House is large. Great yard and room for kids games. Loft is was great for teens with lower den giving them a space to hang out. Only wish is it had a laundry space. 5 min to beach. Enjoyed coffee on front porch in am 😁

Great Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very comfortable and spacious house for our family in a great location. A very short walk to Hagis beach at the end of the street. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. The only drawback was no washer/dryer or clothesline to hang your wet beach towels.

Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting with Martha Murray for years, this was the first time on Susan Ruth Rd in this rental. The house was beautiful. Kitchen was nicely done, air conditioning in each room made it very comfortable. The outdoor shower was amazing, large enough so that your clothes don't get wet and the water pressure was great. The one draw back as other reviewers have mentioned is that there wasn't a washer/dryer. Not that I want to do laundry on my vacation but with 3 kids, it's so helpful to have laundry on site. Even as something as simple as throwing the beach towels in the dryer was very missed! Also the listing didn't mention any beach chairs or amenities like that. With no shed we just assumed there weren't any until we found some in a random closet, so maybe an addition of a little shed or just some extra notice about where to find beach items. We would definitely rent this house again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. The house was enclosed shower, access to a washer and dryer would have been nice. The house was lovely. Robin from Martha Murray was wonderful; she brought over a new mattress cover and a clean comforter after I notified them of the stains I found.
