*NOTE: Hot tub is cleaned & sanitized between each guest reservation.

*Maximum number of guests allowed on site: 8 (eight), per City of Manitou Springs.

*Host reserves the right to charge guest appropriate extra guest fee from guest security/damage deposit if unauthorized and additional guests are on property (day or night) than stated on reservation.

This property is beautiful and in a perfect spot if you want to walk the Manitou Incline or take the Cog Railway up to Pikes Peak. It was very spacious, clean, and well equipped for our stay. The parking was greatly appreciated. Jean was a good hostess. We recommend this property.

Fun family getaway

We enjoyed our quick trip to Manitou Springs! The location for our lodging was perfect! We had plenty of room for everyone and the house was well thought out and very comfortable! This is one of the best short-term rental houses we have stayed in.

Upper balcony is not accessible, which I do not recall being stated ahead of time. It’s for safety / structural concerns. It did not have any impact on our stay so just communicating it for others awareness.Also be prepared for what I would call an “old smell” throughout the house. The house was clean and we could not figure out the source, but it took some adjusting to get used to it. Otherwise it was a great house in a beautiful area!

Host is unsure of “old smell” in house; we can assure potential guests that the cleaning company does not use strong chemicals for cleaning; instead, the company prefers to use natural cleaning ingredients for guest comfort.

Wonderful!!!

We stayed here and it was the best location for doing the manitou incline or hiking or just feeling close to everything, but still a quiet get away!! The house was really clean and spacious! Would stay here again!

Perfect Location and Gorgeous Home!

Fun week in Manitou, walkable to downtown as well as incline. Home has a good layout for separation as well as as big family dinners. Hot tub was great bonus and front covered porch was perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Amazing house

Amazing house for our family. Host was easy to work with and kept it very simple. House had perfect space for all of us and had a gorgeous view. Easy to walk to downtown and sights. Lovely house and lovely town.

This house has historic charm and is conveniently located to Pike's Peak railway. Beds were comfortable and we liked the upstairs living room. Ample parking for larger groups. We had 5 people sleep there comfortable. So it's historic, clean, with lots of living area. Also really good communication from Jean the Host.
