We had a great stay here! The neighborhood and street are quiet, the house is spacious and clean, well-stocked with kitchen supplies, extra pillows, games , puzzles, extra linens, etc. The location is close to stores, restaurants and quaint places like Praire Village. Arrowhead Stadium was a short and easy 25 minute drive. There is a QT at the end of the street for quick coffee runs and filling up with gas on the way out of town. Our favorite KC places to eat , Jack Stack Bbq and Minsky’s Pizza, were within 10-15 minutes. We loved this home in a charming and cute neighborhood.

The property is in a beautiful tree lined neighborhood near the edge of Prairie Village. The location is perfect for easy access to downtown KC and the Legends area. It's close proximity to the Overland Park farmer's market and nearby shops was an unexpected plus! The host was very helpful and responsive, even checking in with uses half way through the our stay. The house was very cute and cozy. Lots of little touches that made it feel like home. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The communication was great, the home was clean, and we had access to everything we needed. We loved that we could easily walk to the Main Street shopping area. Great restaurants and shops so close by.

Great location to downtown Overland Park. We walked to the OP farmers market, had lunch at surrounding restaurants and enjoyed sitting in the front yard of the house each evening. Conveniently located to all the places we chose to visit.
Milestone birthday celebration with my sisters.
Weather forecast unexpectedly was nice.

We had the best stay! Everything was exactly how it was listed ! Neighborhood was cute and safe to walk out dogs at night and the neighbors were so nice . Also so quiet and close to everything .We felt extremely safe which is very important to us ! House was perfect ! Would recommend to anyone we will be back next year ! 10 *rating !!!!!!!!

Great place

It was very clean and perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room. Bed in master was very comfortable. It smelled so so clean when we walked in. Would def stay there again.

We found the place immaculate and looked just like all the perfect pics. For a pet-friendly place, that cleanliness was extra appreciated. AC was great since it was quite warm for fall. Walking distance to cool coffee shops, restaurants and awesome rooftop sports bar.

House was very comfortable while I was visiting my daughter. Nice kitchen, great A/C for a hot summer, very functional. Jesse (host) was a very good communicator and quick to respond when I had a question.

Nice and new

This house is recently remodeled and the furnishings are new and work well. It's in a quiet neighborhood but accessible to lots of activities in downtown Overland Park and via Metcalf Avenue. The hosts were helpful and communicated promptly.

Great location great amenities. Perfectly distance from the event we were at. Minor issues in the house… bedroom ceiling fan that didn’t work and the living room ceiling fan felt like it was going to come off of its anchor if we left it turned. Downstairs TV had no sound due to a remote control, possibly coming disconnected from the TV. Overall, a great property. Great communication with the owners.

Wonderful stay – clean, comfortable, and great communication!We had a great experience at this property. The home was spotless on arrival — very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to settle in and relax right away.What really stood out was the host's flexibility and responsiveness. They were easy to communicate with and accommodating when we needed a small adjustment to our check-out time, which we really appreciated.Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. We’d absolutely book again!
