Updated, cozy 1 bedroom/1 bath mobile home in the quiet Lake Village community in Nokomis. Just two driving miles to expansive Nokomis beach with it's white sugar sand! Full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, mircowave, full size range and refrigerator. Large bedroom with queen size bed and linens are included. Full bath features a walk in shower. This unit is perfectly located with just a short walk to the pool, hot tub and clubhouse. This is an age restricted community. Washer and dryer available in shed

Thanks again for letting us stay. It has been 2 years in a row now and love it. The place is clean, great location and the pool is heated. check-in, communications were perfect and listing is accurate. We stayed 2 months and everyone we met where friendly and made a few friends along the way.

Great location!

Quaint community close to Nokomis beach, short distance to Venice beach, and not far to Sarasota beaches. Lots of seafood eateries nearby along with a variety of shopping. House was cozy and had a nice beachy vibe, along with a comfortable bed and nice recliners in living room. Convenient with washer and dryer. Host always available for questions.
