28 Day minimum Stay.

No Cleaning or Pet fee's.

DOGS CONSIDERED: Tell me about your small to medium sized pooch. No cats, sorry.

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED

FREE Hi-Speed wireless internet. Basic cable w/ HBO and On Demand on living room tv. Basic broadcast stations and DVD player on 2nd bdrm TV.

Close to everything: grocery, all big box stores, restaurants, beach, Warm Mineral Springs, state parks, reserves, Mayakka River, airports. Close to Tampa, St Pete, Punta Gorda. 2.5 hours from Disney.

FEE'S & PAYMENT:

PAYMENT; 1st payment is due upon booking (50% of rent and all fee's). 2nd payment is due 60 days before 1st day of occupancy (remaining 50% of rent). If booked less than 30 days before first day of occupancy, total rent and fee's are due at booking.

DAMAGE PROTECTION: Up to $500 is authorized on your credit card. Pay NOTHING unless there is damage.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in you'll receive a 100% refund. If you cancel between 14-30 days before check-in, 50% refund. If less than 14 days, I'll refund all fee's and I'll attempt to rent the house. You'll receive a rent refund equal to my ability to rent it.

Great location/Property

Purpose of our stay was to attend the Atlanta Braves games @ Spring Training. Excellent property & location near the ballpark. Owner both very responsive and excellent to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was awesome. Very comfortable quiet house. Nice size backyard with a pool. Easy access to Tamiami. Ric is a great host and he made sure that I had everything that I needed.

If you’re looking for the best place to stay in North Port you found it. This was our favorite Vrbo we have ever stayed in. Ric the host was accommodating, very friendly, and helpful if we ever needed anything. The house was stocked with all the necessities you would need to feel right at home. The decor gave off a 70s/beachy vibe that put a smile on our faces every morning and relaxing in the spacious backyard with patio furniture and an awesome above ground pool was the highlight of many days. 10 out of 10 this place is a quality home to stay in.

Perfect little house for one or two people. Close to Tamiami Trail which takes you everywhere.

Small house but very clean and comfortable. Ric was very responsive and easy to work with. Has an above ground pool. Which is nice on the warm days. In an old neighborhood but very quiet. Close to everywhere you want to be. Had a nice two month stay!

Northport is off the beaten path

I spent the winter here and it was a painless, delightful stay. Ric is truly a premier host who genuinely works hard to see you have everything required for a quiet, comfortable stay. I am very happy to have met Ric and stayed at two of his properties in Northport. I highly recommend any property Ric offers as he will see to it the place is wonderful and you are pleased.

The Best

Just had a 7 week stay. It was perfect for us. Super clean and what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get, everything you need is provided. Ric is a top teir host. The home is close to everything you would want or need. We loved it and would definitely book again. Thank you Ric for a wonderful stay!

Words cannot describe how cute this house is! It is well-maintained, spotless and in a great location. The owner thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. Great communication from him made for a very relaxing stay.

This was a lovely home

Very cute styled home older Florida neighborhood was safe and this home was modern with many extras. Very clean the landlord Ric was friendly and was always available if needed. The yard was fenced nice pool lots of television internet fast and a great stay. All anyone needed for a couple to stay and our service dog. We would stay again.

Best experience ever.

Location, location, location. This property is perfect for all your needs. Beautiful beach just 20 minutes away. Dog park on River Road just 10 minutes. Shopping and Dining just down the road. Quiet neighborhood, huge backyard, comfortable living area. Ric is the best. He is very flexible and easy to talk to and work with. I cant say enough good things about my experience at this property. It was perfect in so many ways. Thank you so much Ric. My stay was amazing.

Great little place

Perfect house for our week vacation. Loved the mid century modern decor. So much better than a hotel room and better priced. It was stocked with everything we needed. Ric was a great host and readily available by phone.

North Port House

The stay was nice but there are a couple of improvements possible. The furniture could use some up-grading. The futon was difficult to sit on comfortably although we did not need to use it for a bed The bedroom bed could maybe use a new mattress. All that being said, the house was clean and well maintained and very central to all the places we wanted to go to. Everything worked just fine. Ric was very responsive to our move in questions and we truly had a wonderful time Paul and Sharon G

Cozy little place

We really enjoyed our stay at Rics house. Very clean and organized! The yard was a big bonus for our dogs. Only a few minor issues and Ric was very responsive and quick to help. Would stay again.

Adorable home in a great location!

House is very clean in a quiet neighborhood , pics are accurate. Nice backyard for your dog to romp. The bed is extremely comfortable and Ric is great to rent from ( gets back to you immediately). Would definitely recommend for two people!

October Stay

The house was exactly as pictured on HomeAway. It was meticulously clean and well stocked. The backyard was large and nicely fenced to accommodate our dog. The owner, Rick, happened to be working next door. He was most accommodating and welcomed all questions and comments. Unfortunately we had to leave before our stay was up but once again Rick was completely understanding.

Wonderful little house

Why they chose this property

I don't think you'll find a more charming and nicely kept house at this price in the North Port area. See my other house next door. VRBO#2012194.

What makes this property unique

Fenced in private POOL! My house is in close to everything. So many Gulf beaches to choose from (the closest is Manasota-20 minutes, free parking and brand new amenities), Manasota Key, 2 miles to Warm Mineral Springs.

Slightly further are Venice Beaches, , Boca Grande and Lido and Siesta Key beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world. Punta Gorda Bay, Ft Meyers, Tampa and St Pete are an hour or more and Disney is 2.5 hours! Sarasota culture is only 35 minutes.

Restaurants and ALL shopping needs are within 2 miles. Truly the MOST convenient area around.
