Amazing property, stocked with almost everything you could need or think of. Super clean, really felt like a home away from home. Host was great, and easy to communicate with. Loved this place!

Our building was quite a walk from the beach access with young kids but we could park close and take our wagon and it was perfect! Loved the beach there the complex was very nice and condo large. The pool area was nice a bit small though if it were peak season . Nice nature walk behind complex we enjoyed. A bit misleading on the park was it’s not within walking distance but the beach alone was worth it.

This condo was perfect for our stay. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, grills by the pool to use, and a nice nature walk. It was very clean and well stocked with beach towels and chairs. We would stay here again.

Snowbirds escaping Cold Weather

Nice freshly painted throughout. Great views from balcony, very clean. Great owners and the Realtor, Maggie is excellent to work with. Great location. Nice stay although it was a bad weather winter.

Good property, not quite clean

Overall the property was pretty good. Communication with the property manager was great. Only issue was the cleanliness of the unit. The surfaces were clean but there were some misses, like one bed had very dirty linens and there were dirty stocks from the previous renter left on the couch. One of the fire alarms was broken and the TV in the master was inoperable.

We chose this unit for 1 main reason, it showed that it had 3 full bathrooms. We were staying in Florida for a fishing trip. At the end of day everyone has to shower and having 3 bathrooms would make the trip even better. We arrived late Thursday. We checked our phones and email, no entry code was ever sent. Finally at 1:30 AM someone answered the phone and gave us a code. Never received an apology or anything just here is the code click. Upon entering the unit it was not a 3 bed 3 bath it was 3 bed 2 bath with the second bath being a small jack and Jill style. They have since corrected the listing, When I contacted them about it they said Not their fault and besides it was an honest mistake, plus no else complained. They said they would make it right however all they would do was credit me 100.00 I said not good enough they said. That all I get. I have not received any credit and don't expect it from these people. Next after the bathroom was used the toilet paper needed replacing as there was barely any paper on the roll when we arrived. Went to look for extra toilet paper there was none in the unit. There were no tissue box either. Went in the kitchen and found a used nasty sponge in the sink like that is what I was we were suppose to use. Really couldn't use anyways as there was hardly any soap in the soap dispensers thru out the entire house. I went to take a shower in the master bath and there was mold on the shower pan. There also were no kitchen trash bags.
