Perfect for Guys trip to watch Ole Miss Football game.

The house was perfect for our annual guys trip to watch the Ole Miss football game. The house is appeared a little older but all we needed was a place to clean up and crash.

Very Nice Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and well equiped for cooking etc... The only down side is I wish that the dock had been repaired so that we could have used it. Very close to the marina and spillway for fishing.

So sorry for the problem during your stay. We have owned this property for 16 years and this was the first time we ever had a problem like this. I had a company come out and take care of the situation immediately by installing a complete new sewer system, once I was told about the leak. So sorry this happened during your stay. If you decide to stay with us again in the future, I would like to offer you a 25% discount. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Perfect for Extended Family

We stayed here when we came to the Batesville area for my oldest son's wedding. The home is conveniently located near the Sardis Lake recreational facilities and it is only about 15 minutes to downtown Batesville. My in-laws stayed with us also and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was well appointed and had a lot of character

Fishing Trip

We really enjoyed fishing at Sardis. The house is really nice and in great shape. One of my guess asked if I thought they painted every year because the place is so nice. I hope to rent again next year.

Great cabin for friends fishing trip

This cabin was located directly on the water. It was clean, updated, and very comfortable. Easy to get to. There are stairs to get to the main floor so if anyone has trouble with steps it could be an issue but I'd stay here again for sure.

Centrally Located

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend here. It is located well for us as we have kids and grandkids in Memphis, Madison, and Columbus, MS. The house is well decorated, the property is easy to get to from any direction (North, South, or East) and the beds are very comfortable. I recommend it to anyone needing a quick getaway. It is right on the lower lake, with easy access to the other recreational areas.
