Why Cal Aycock chose Panola County
We decided on Sardis Lake because of its location to Memphis. From Memphis take I55 South for approx 45 minutes. We picked the lower lake because it feels like we have own private lake with 4 sandy beaches. Less than 5 minutes from our cabin is the marina and upper lake.
What makes this Cabin unique
We enjoy being able to shop in Oxford or Batesville in a matter of minutes. We are one of the few cabins on the water with a covered boat house. 24' Avalon Pontoon boat available for rent. Call 901-870-1101 for details.

The home was very comfortable for our large family. All the extras was definitely a plus. Having bathroom facilities in proper working order was great with a large group of people. Central location was very convenient . The door knobs gave us a little trouble.
WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY
This property was the best. We had a quite 4 night stay with friends, enjoying a trip into Oxford and Batesville for shopping. Enjoyed having wifi, TV will many channels to choose from. It was nice to be able to watch movies since it was so cold outside. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Decided to made gumbo, they even had a rice cooker. I would highly recommend this property. The owner was so easy to work with. We are already planning out next weekend get a way to this awesome cabin.
Met our needs well and loves the porch!
We had a party of 6 and we came in November. Enjoyed the fabulous screened in porch! Lots of comfy places to sit and watch football. Close to Oxford for shopping and eating. The neighbors dogs did bark a good amount, but mostly during the day.
We loved our stay, the house met all of our needs and was very comfortable!
This was our second stay at this wonderful lake house. We had a great weekend in Oxford and the Grove and would come to the house at the end of a long day and sleep like rocks in the comfy beds! We will definitely stay again!
Our youth group had a great time! Beautiful home!
Plenty of space for a group of 10 people. Loved the beautiful home and screeed in porch. Very comfortable home. Had a great time. Would definitely come again. Sardis was beautiful and youth had a great time playing Volleyball at the park.
What a hidden gem!!!
Cal's place is AWESOME! The pics don't really do it justice! Set among a number of camps you really don't appreciate it until you are inside and settled. The screened in porch and dock in back were our favorite. Check in was a breeze and the marina is a short 3.4 miles away (the marina offers transient daily docking for $20 a day). Our whole family had a blast. Definitely 5 stars!
