Matt was very responsive and respectful, great little farm house with tons of amenities. Good location close to plenty of things to do, places to eat etc.

The house was clean, beautifully furnished, and had HUGE bedrooms. We especially enjoyed the front porch rocking chairs with our morning coffee and the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. It was literally one street over from the wedding venue, which we loved! This property gets a 10/10 from us!

This house fit our group size pretty well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was in an amazing spot, super relaxing. The only issue is that upon arrival, some of the dishes in the cabinets were not cleaned and had left over food still on them. We also found trash under the couch/in the fire pit. The host responded to my first question, but didn’t respond to a second text I sent later during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and what we liked the most was this house is only a couple of minutes away from The Preserve at Canyon Lake. House was very clean with an huge fenced backyard (which our dogs really enjoyed) and in a very quiet neighborhood. Oh and by the way, our host was at reach at all times. Loved it, we would stay again :) THANK YOU!!!!

The piano is so out of tune it had a haunted sound, I thought that was a fun touch and a standout from other rentals. We had an entertaining weekend enjoying the hot tub, fire pit, and even the spooky piano!

The view was very nice and relaxing. The beds were super comfortable, we are an older couple with arthritis, knee and neck surgeries. The master bed slept great ! The hot tub was pristine, clean enjoyable. The entire home was spotless and not overcrowded with knickknacks. It was a very welcoming, relaxing stay.

Nice house and property. Plenty of beds so everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was not user friendly in that the dining table was small and dishes, pots and pans, etc. were sparse. A great place to stay if you don't plan on fixing any meals.

Cute house!

We attended a wedding at a nearby facility and the house was only 1 minute away which was great. The house was cute and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and were able to roast marshmallows at the fire pit. Would stay here again.

Cute and clean property that is in a great location for tubing. We really enjoyed our stay especially since we were able to bring our pets. Our only issues were there wasn’t much back yard outdoor lighting or fans. The internet was in and out on Saturday night and tvs were not in every room. Overall we give it an A+

Two story home that will accommodate 8-10 people for sleeping and was extremely clean. The only seating for dining is the kitchen dinette which seats 6 only and it is a bench seating so not easily accessed moving in and away from the table. Living area can only seat 6 comfortably. There is a deck with table and chairs but no overhead cover for shade which can be very hot in March to November Texas weather. The bed linens were flannel sheets that had been washed so many times that the material was extremely pilled. The lighting was poor, in the entire home there may have veen 3 to 4 table lamps.

Home was spacious and very nice. The lights in the backyard do need to be repaired as they are hanging very low to the ground. There are no longer bunk beds in one of the bedrooms but 2 full beds with a pull out trundle. The parking is limited as well. Overall our family enjoyed our weekend together and loved the home!

First problem was the check on, we had to wait an extra hour and a half for the cleaners to finish.When I entered the property the down stairs looked just like the pictures. Upon entering the up stairs the bunk beds were disconnected and there was not a single double bed by itself. Instead it was a twin trundle bed under one of the disconnected bunk beds.There was a cleaning closet in the upstairs bathroom with a shower curtain for a door.The upstairs shower leaked under the door if you did not keep it turned to the shower wall to shower.The washing machine was broken and full of stagnate septic water that smelled awful. The smell was enough to make you want to vomit. The running water in the house smelled the same way. There was no dishwasher to sanitize the dishes from the water so I was left to clean the dishes with the awful smelling water that was lukewarm warm from the tap. The ice in the ice machine also stunk horribly. I notified the renters that the washing machine was broken and we could not wash towels but that was never acknowledged.

This property was amazingly clean and comfortably furnished. We traveled with 8 family members and dogs also. The beds were perfect and the living areas allowed us to spread out. Great water pressure and endless hot water. The kitchen is stocked with spices and plenty of cookware. There is ample space in the backyard for pets and cookouts both on the grill or firepit. Only 2 miles to a Dollar General with an ice cream parlor at the end of the street. Closest stores for groceries are around 20 minutes away in either direction. Don't skip the fresh peaches on your way in, you won't regret it. The host responded promptly to any questions and provides clear instructions for departure. Definitely will stay again when visiting New Braunfels.
