6 Seater golf cart + 6 bikes, 9 community pools, beach access, trolly, & tennis courts & more! In the heart of WaterColor's Lake District lies a sanctuary unlike any other: "A Happy Day". This 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom haven boasts box beam ceilings, walnut floors, and impeccable decor. Step through French doors to discover enchanting outdoor retreats, from a screened-in back porch to a front porch adorned with a swing, ideal for leisurely mornings.Shower/Tub Combo

- Bunk Area: Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed, Shared Bathroom with 2 Showers and 4 Sinks

Outside offers two parking spaces and one parking spot for our 6 seater golf cart and 6 bikes.

Guests will have inclusive access to the new Camp WaterColor facilities! It takes about 3 minutes to get there from the house - the ultra desirable and stunning Lake District location of this home is amazing! The entire Camp WaterColor establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
Homes with owner provided golf carts are not permitted to rent an additional golf cart.

WaterColor Amenity Wristbands-
The WaterColor HOA currently requires all guests 5 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER to wear provided amenity wristbands to access WaterColor amenities such as the community pools and the WaterColor beach area.

In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you MUST enter the total number of people in your travel group WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION. Also, if the guest is 5 years of age or older, they need to be listed as an adult.

Please bare in mind that the WaterColor HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Also, please note that they are CLOSED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any wristbands that are lost. Golf cart is not guaranteed. If golf cart is not available due to maintenance, guests can use free Watercolor Trolly. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE ONE PARKING PASS PER HOME.

This property is great if you are traveling with friends or a large family. One thing to note if you have young children, is that the master suite is the only bedroom downstairs, so it did make awkward having young kids upstairs. The kitchen and living area was beautiful. The location is great, it’s just a street back from the “Frog Pool”. We enjoyed going to Camp Watercolor and the Beach Club but it was really nice to have that pool so close for quick swims with the kids! Some of the decor is different than pictured, not that it mattered but I did notice a difference in the advertising photos vs what was in the home. The house had everything you’d need if you brought a baby— high chair, pack n play, bouncy seat. I do think the house could use a few more towels and drinking glasses, but other than that it was very well stocked and the listing was very accurate! I’d definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful week in an absolutely beautiful home! This is far from a typical rental—the furnishings are exceptional, with high-quality finishes and thoughtful details in every room from floor to ceiling.The layout was perfect for our multi-generational family. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom and offered plenty of space, giving everyone both comfort and privacy. The home itself is stunning, featuring two dedicated office spaces, a well-appointed kitchen, a butler's pantry, a spacious laundry/mud room, and a wonderful front porch.One of our favorite morning routines was enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch while watching deer quietly wander through the neighborhood. The included golf cart, bikes, and two parking spaces were fantastic amenities, making it easy to explore the area. The location within WaterColor Resort was ideal, with everything you could want or need just minutes away.The host was outstanding, responding promptly and making our stay seamless. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this beautiful home and highly recommend it to families looking for a truly high-quality vacation rental.

The home is lovely and so spacious. We all had a wonderful time. The beach and pools were very close too. Host was available for any questions. We loved the swing on the front porch so much! It would have been helpful to know about available hair dryers and pack and plays, instead of renting one. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We highly recommend The Happy Day!

Girl's Tennis Trip

We had an amazing visit to Watercolor. This house was gorgeous and plenty of space for all 9 of us. The finish out and decorations were beautiful. The property manager and homeowner were so easy to work with. We will be back very soon!!

Wonderful vacation

This is our second time at watercolor, first time at this property. The location was great, close proximity to camp watercolor, the lake and one of the pools and small playground was all within walking distance and even downtown seaside was less than a mile walk. We mainly used the golf cart however. Great trails and bikes provided which we used to explore the beautiful property grounds which are so nice to have included. The house was absolutely wonderful. Exceeded my expectations. Very clean and neatly decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone had their own bathroom.We could not have asked for a better stay! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you

Wonderful neighborhood and home

We had some serious issues while staying thereCould not get in as directed but front door was left unlocked so were able to get in. Fire alarm went off all night and was finally removed the next day as there was some issue with it. Was not good to lose a nights sleep before my son's wedding. One of showers for bunkrooms of four beds did not work. Was an issue as four people had to share one shower while preparing for rehearsal and day of wedding. Couple of bikes had issues but still had plenty to use House was beautiful inside and out and amply stocked but we had to call to get washcloths as only a couple rooms were stocked with wash cloths So i was very happy except i believe i am due a refund for the first night as none of us got any sleep due to a malfunction of the smoke detector which was also to high for us to do anything about. The owner/manager responded promptly the next day and did their best to rectify but was quite a significant issue

The House, golf cart and bicycles made our vacation a happy and adventurous one. Great location. The free trolley to the Beach Club was a nice surprise. Carolyn was our contact - very responsive. We loved this house. As an added bonus, we saw deer and a black bear walk down our street. The kids loved it.
