We had such a great stay ! The property is ideally located in Mont Royal Avenue, with a convenience store and a supermarket in the same block - and of course all of Mont Royal. The apartment is very spacious and tastefully decorated and there is absolutely everything you need - including plenty of TP rolls, bodywash my husband loved, coffee capsules for the nespresso machine (thank you !!!!), brown noise machines that delighted my son, and two tower fans (there is AC but the tower fans were needed). My kids did not want to leave ! We got concerned when we found ear plugs in the bedside tables (a very nice attention might I say) but we did not get bothered by the noise levels of the street at all (but note that two bedrooms are on the street side and there’s a pub nearby). Note that there is a very steep staircase to access the apartment from the street, so it’s not for people with mobility issues. We had technical issues with VRBO/ Expedia check in instructions but it was easy to get in touch with the owner. The check out process was the best I’ve had in a short term rental in a long time ! Thanks for a great stay !

This was a 5-star experience across the board. Located on perhaps the most convenient block of the best street in the Plateau neighborhood, key features for my family's stay were: tons of clean interior space, comfortable central AC unit and freestanding fans to circulate air, great layout, next door to full grocery store and many restaurants, quiet despite its central location, safe & secure access, private parking spot negating need to repeatedly find spots on side streets and shuffle your parking on alternate days, cute relaxing patio out back, fairly well stocked kitchen, great bath products, bedside white noise machines in each bedroom, comfy bedding, and immediate response from owners when check-in details or anything else was needed. Only 2 blocks to the subway and thus the entire city, the mountain can be hiked in under an hour right from the front door, bike paths and rentals are right outside, wonderful parks and public pools are only blocks away, and every kind of food imaginable is right outside or also just a few blocks' walk away. We'll likely be returning for a repeat visit just as soon as we're back in lovely Canada!

nous n'avons pas vu notre hôte. équipement ? toilette bouché, Lave vaisselle cassé sinon c'était très bien et surtout bien équipé. beaucoup de petite fourniture et de l'épicerie pour cuisinerl'appartement aurait quand même besoin d'une petite rénovation. l'électricité fait un peu peur parfois.
