The property was great. Clean condo and nice comfortable beds. Kitchen is clean and spacious. Wi-fi signal was strong. Beach was easily accessible to unit. Beautiful view from 7th floor balcony. Wonderful family vacation experience.

Great Condo - just like pictures. This condo was super clean, plenty of space for the family. I LOVE the thoughtfulness of the oversized towels and high-end appliances. The master bath had a shower that was amazing. Thanks for the 4 beach chairs- great for large groups. Check in and out was simple. We liked the option to change the door code.

Our room was very clean and inviting. The views were spectacular from the balcony. The host really thought about guests needs and made sure those needs were met. Communication with the host was easy and questions weee answered promptly. I would recommend this condo.

Beautiful property and location

Condo was clean and laid out perfectly for our family of 7, including 4 teens. Clean and exactly as described. Best location on the beach with teens. Pool, beach, and pier park entertainment. No need for a car, walking distance to great food and entertainment

Perfection

Everything about this booking exceeded expectations. The condo was well stocked, immaculate and in a great location. Owner was extremely helpful and very attentive to our every need even those that were unexpected. Tiki hut in complex serves very good and very strong drinks….i recommend drinking lots! Sunsets are amazing and just takes your breath away! Coffee in mornings and a glass of wine in the evening just hit differently on this balcony!

Great place to stay!

Property was clean, comfortable and convenient. We travel with our family every year and really enjoyed this property. Water presure was great, the hot water was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and the decor was beautiful. The view from the balcony was amazing.. we would definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

Would definitely stay again

The location of the condo is perfect with pier park just down the street. The check in process was so simple and the one little hiccup (my fault) was resolved asap by just reaching out to the host!!! The condo was fantastic and the view was AMAZING!!! My family and I absolutely loved it here and plan to book again for next year!!

I gave this condo 5 Stars but it is way better than a motel in fact not even close to a motel Myself and 2 grandkids just spent an awesome week in Michaels condo If you’re going to list pros and cons There are no cons The condo is exactly as pictured The couches and beds are very comfortable The location is perfect with Pier Park right across the street and Walmart is within an easy walk You can easily park your car for the week The calypso has security on site We felt very safe Can’t wait to return

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place. The unit was clean, comfortable (bed was very cozy), and great views! Central location, walking distance to pier park. The 4 beach chairs was a great bonus and he even had boogie boards and beach chairs in the unit. We will stay again. Thanks!

My name is Michael and I'm a retired Navy Officer residing in Centerville, Ohio. I have 2 wonderful children; Matthew and Marissa. I retired from active duty Naval service where I served as an aviator and spent most of my career as a fighter/attack pilot flying the F/A-18 Hornet. I retired in July 2009 and currently work for the United States Air Force, as a Program Manager, in defense acquisitions at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. I love the Emerald Coast and Panama City Beach!!

I self manage my condo and it is my vacation home as well. I take meticulous care of it. When you are my guest in my condo, you are a priority for me since this is my only condo. Unlike renting from a management company where you are only a number and not a priority.
