Wonderful condo

It was our family's first time staying in PCB. We picked the perfect condo! Great location and amenities. My kids loved the pier, the pools, the beach, and close proximity to shopping, dinners, and karaoke. The condo itself was everything we would ask for. The parking spot that was included with the condo was perfect for my elderly parents who joined us. We loved the heated pool and the fire pits!

We LOVED this condo. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. It had a great view of the pool and the ocean. The parking was the best we’ve ever had! The space is huge, it’s on the bottom floor and the elevator is right next to the parking spot. You go up one floor turn left and the room is right next to the elevator. We will definitely rent this room again!

Beautiful property. Communications with hosts was A. We had a wee problem with air conditioning, and they had a repair person at the door within minutes. fixed it just as quickly. The location could not be better. It is a very clean and welcoming condo. The VIP parking spot under the building, next to the elevator, was great for my senior parents.

We have stayed at this propery multi times and love the location to everything. The grounds are well maintained and security on site to monitor. Location of room was excellent and so was parking. We had a small appliance issue that was resolved with the management and they were prompt at responding. We would recommend staying again.

Fantastic Condo!

Great condo! Tasteful decor, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds…we couldn’t have asked for more! We especially loved the 2nd floor location as we were able to avoid the elevator wait lines!

Long weekend

The condo was very clean and as described. It is in a great location and within walking distance to Pier Park. We would definitely stay here again. The communication was great as well.

Great place to stay!

The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Loved being on the second floor - we took the stairs the whole time except for check in and out. Weather was beautiful! Had no problems whatsoever. Would definitely rent again!

Great location!

Loved saving time waiting on elevators by being on 2nd floor. Close to all the major activities. AMAZINGLY comfortable bed! Only downside was all the maintenance occurring at the time, but not the owners fault. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This condo was perfect for our group. It was close to the pier so we could walk to dinning and shopping. The 2nd close overlooked the pool so the younger boys could go to the pool and we could still watch them. We would stay there again. We would recommend this condo.
