Beautiful 3-bedroom home with a lovely backyard patio and pool. The pool was a bit cool for swimming but perfect for soaking tired feet. Fantastic location within walking distance to the Mercado, shops, restaurants, and historical sites, and a great base for driving to Chichén Itzá. Oswald was a very responsive host, and the house was well appointed. Would definitely stay again!

The place was beautiful!! Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but it looked awesome! The only flaw was that there isn’t parking, if you have a vehicle.

The property was set up perfectly. It was clean and beautiful. It lacked AC in the common areas. Due to the heat, it was impossible to use the kitchen, dining and living space.The bedrooms were spacious and had AC all of them. The pool was perfect and clean. I would rent this house again if it had AC in the common areas.

Nice property within walking distance to eating establishments. Unfortunately, pool and patio area not useable due to lack of cleanliness and fish sponge was blame l and moldy. Outbid concern, we felt the need to wash the dishes before using them.

We are sorry that this was your experience - the pool at the house is cleaned on the day of each guest arrival, also it is under a Zapote tree and we indicate in the welcome instructions that we will provide free additional pool cleanings upon request. As we had not heard from you, we thought everything was going smoothly with your trip. We also provide a new, clean sponge upon each visit and if this was not the case, we would have happily run one over to you, no problem, had we been advised.

Fabulous house

Awesome interiors, wonderful kitchen - everything we needed for cooking meals. We loved the interior courtyard with swimming pool. Loved the touches like coffee, filters. sugar and coffee mate. The beds, pillows, and towels were wonderful. AC worked wonders. Water pressure good. The street was questionable, with garbage strewn around, but I felt safe.
