The Canary Palm - Fenced Private Backyard

The Kitchen.
Enhanced with beautiful quartz countertops and fully equipped with brand-new appliances. Our Place pots and pans, and a complete collection of gourmet cooking tools provide everything necessary to prepare fabulous meals. Enjoy home-brewed coffee or tea with your choice of Keurig Kcups, regular drip coffee, or a full tea service. Olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices are provided in the pantry. The reverse osmosis water filtration system delivers delicious purified drinking water from the small kitchen faucet and is also connected to the refrigerator's ice maker. Cleaning supplies, a dish rack, dog bowls, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are located under the kitchen sink. Dine at the bar with seating for 3 or at the dining table with seating for 4.

The Living Room
Relax in the open concept living area on the couch and two side chairs with large ottoman. There is also a smart TV where you can login to your Netflix, AppleTV, Hulu, etc. accounts.

The Bedrooms
One bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the other features two twin beds. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, as well as, luggage racks and hanging clothes organizers. Clothes hampers are in each bedroom closet. An Iron, ironing board, and step stool are located in the queen bedroom closet.

The Bathroom
The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain-style showerhead and 5 towel hooks. Organic bath towels, mini bath and makeup removal amenities, and a hair dryer are provided.

The Screened Lanai.
The front door to The Canary Palm is accessed through the quaint screened lanai with seating for two and a ceiling fan. Two water hoses are located outside of the lanai. One is on the wall to the right of the screen door and the other is on the wall between the trash and a/c enclosures on the back of the house.

The Laundry Room
The private laundry room is accessed through the screened lanai. You will find a brand-new washer and dryer, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cordless vacuum, a wetjet mop, and a broom with dustpan. Laundry detergents and other cleaning supplies are in the cabinet above the washer/dryer.

The Patio
Take in some sunshine or dine alfresco in the center courtyard just outside the gate. Adding to the ambiance, this space is adorned with tropical plants and three gorgeous coconut trees.

The Neighborhood
Just north of Bonita Beach Road, Imperial Shores is a quiet area, great for walking and biking.

Dog Friendly
We welcome your canine friend. Dog bowls are located under the kitchen sink. Pet covers are provided to protect the furniture and bedding. The cover for the living room furniture is inside the ottoman. The covers to protect the bedding are located in baskets with paw prints in each bedroom.
