This was an amazing place to stay, definitely will be going back!! The view is absolutely amazing, and it’s in a great location. It was honestly perfect, had the absolute best time. And to top that off, I would say the best part was Nancy the host was just amazing, she truly went over the top to make sure we had a great time. She gave us recommendations before we even asked, had answers to any questions and other recommendations we asked for; and she was quick to respond. Honestly she was the best host I’ve dealt with before. Definitely giving her and the place a 5 star review!!! Thank you Nancy for everything, we will be coming back

Hands down the coolest place I've stayed at. Kinda feels like you're on a really cool cruise ship. Great view from the balcony that you won't wanna leave. You'll see dolphins, big schools of fish that seems never ending. A really nice tv is offered but you won't be using it as there is entertainment right off that balcony, or watch through the many windows of the same views but with A/C lol .Just book it already and stop reading the comments it's awesome and I verified.110% will book again

Pros:- Comfortable bed- Right on the water (balcony hangs over water)- Cute art decorates the place- Quiet even though on a major road- No kitchen but there is coffee offered- Nice bathroom with good water pressureCons- No where to walk around as it’s on a major road and sits on rocky water front - Balcony takes a second to orient to. It’s small and over hangs the water (not really a con just mentioning)

Beautiful Little Stay

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was such a beautiful little space! The views on the Bay are amazing and it's so peaceful listening to the water. Very convenient for Destin.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The property was as very clean. Instructions were provided promptly.! I will 100% be booking again! When I first arrived, I was surprised to know that it is multiple units in one house, but don’t let that stop you from booking this amazing place!! I woke up to stunning sunrises every morning. And experienced the most magical sunset! Pure bliss!! as a single traveler, I felt safe insecure on the property! Not to mention my host it’s a 1000 out of 10 from me!! She went above and beyond being available at all times!! Thank you so much for having me!!!!!

Nancy was an amazing host, probably the best we’ve ever experienced in all our VRBO stays!Her communication was outstanding, and she accommodated everything we needed. She is a wealth of knowledge about the area, and her recommendations were excellent.When she found out that we like to be active, she recommended a hidden gem we never would have found on our own… Turkey Creek Trail, a 1-mile boardwalk trail through the woods along a spring-fed creek. Two of our mornings, we walked and ran along that path and went swimming in the creek afterwards…amazing experience.!She also had great recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, 30-A, and other activities.When we mentioned that we would like to find a church to attend while we were there, she graciously invited us to their church (Oceans Church), which made us feel very much like home.We booked the smaller of her 2 units because of the large deck overlooking the bay.She reached out and told us the larger unit (see my review there also) was available for the second half of our stay, and offered to switch/upgrade us at the same price, since we were planning to stay for a week total.Both units are exceptionally clean and have beautiful views of the water. The smaller one is cozy (fine for a couple), but has the much larger deck area.The larger unit has about triple the living/storage space, but a small balcony.Both units have mini fridge,microwave,& coffee maker.Either way, you can’t go wrong!

Great Get Away

The best experience I’ve had renting on one these rental apps. I’ve been canceled on 30 minutes prior to check in in the past by other big rental company hosts so I was nervous booking on Vrbo again. I chatted with the host and she was super friendly and made me more comfortable booking knowing I was going to be taken care of. They were quick at responding and shared details on activities to do on rainy days/good sunny days! As for the place? Beautiful. The view was breathtaking and quiet. This was exactly what we needed and more. I would recommend this stay 10/10 !!!
