Great location in the Destin Harbor. Great property and only a two minute drive to private property beach access. The complementary beat service saves you about 50 per day. You get the great big umbrella and the two beach chairs each day. Jeff is a great owner to work with and is very good communicating back-and-forth.

Condo was clean, bed was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed to cook in house. The area was very nice and being so close to the beach makes it very convenient. Having the chairs and umbrella set up for us on the beach daily was great. We loved our trip!

The amenities and location of this property are unbeatable! We had a wonderful stay and felt very safe throughout our time at the condo.Having the well-maintained pool area right out the back door was amazing. We especially loved the high bar seating where you can look out over the golf course, watch people play, or just relax by the water.Getting to the beach is super easy and convenient thanks to the shortcut. Crossing the walking bridge over the beautiful bay cuts the trip down significantly—it takes just 1,200 steps out the back door, which is much faster than taking the long way around by the road. While you are here, make sure to visit the Sand Flea beach bar! It is the absolute best spot for great beach food and cold drinks, and they even have an accessible bathroom right on-site.Inside, the condo is beautiful, featuring gorgeous wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and incredibly organized, stocked with great appliances and kitchen tools that made cooking a breeze. Having my groceries delivered on the first night worked perfectly, too.One practical tip for future guests: the condo is situated close to the highway in front of the property. If you are a city person, the noise likely won't bother you at all. However, if you prefer complete quiet, I would highly recommend packing a sound machine and earplugs to easily drown out the traffic sound.Overall, it was a fantastic stay and a highly recommended spot!

Thanks, I wasn't aware you had dogs since you did not pay the $100 pet fee. My maid made me aware of the excessive dog hair. I will be mailing out the items you left behind in the morning to your home.

The hot tubs and heated pool were not available and this was not reflected in the listing. I would have booked somewhere else if this was listed with the property as that was the whole plan for our one evening there.

I’m sorry that one of our five pools was closed, but there was another heated pool much closer to you it than the one that was closed. The hot tubs were being worked on with routine maintenance as well, and you were only here for one night. I’m sorry, and if you ever want to return I’ll give you a 1/2 off discount.

The property was perfect. We’ve stayed in maybe seven other properties in this development and this was the best so far. Neat, clean, nicely decorated and comfy bed and living room furniture. Beautiful kitchen with new countertops. Owner is also very easy to communicate with. Sits directly in front of one of the many pools in Sandpiper Cove and on one of the pitch/putt golf holes.
Two minutes by car from the property. Private development beach.

Everything was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. 15 minute walk to the beach. The AC unit was noisy especially in the bedroom. Overall, highly recommend!

The way the condos are designed the only place to have the AC units are in the bathroom storage. It’s a new unit, I’m sorry that it was noisy for you but there’s really no where else we could place it. I’m sorry
