1. First floor room with pulled double size bed and air condition that can fit 2 adult and 2 children.
2. 2nd floor room with queen size bed, full aircondition with Smart TV . Common Full bath with shower heater.
3. 2nd floor, 3rd room with 4 single bed and airconditioning room. Shared bathroom on the common.

House is fully furnished with internet, Smart 55 inch Flat screenTV , cable, free netflex, high ceiling living room. Fully equipt kitchen utensil for 10 people , cookware, and dining table , hot and cold water dispenser with 5 gallon purify water for purchase. coffee bar and wine bar.
2 car garages and extra parking outside in front of the house. Big side landscape garden for children to play and a fire pit at night time.

House is very close to Seabreeze resort, Pure gold, Vista mall, BCG fort bonifacio, Market market. Sm Aura, Taguig city hall, Tatay Market, C5, South Express highway, Heritage, International Airport. SM Bicutan.

Spacious and clean

The house is spacious and clean. The yard is also big and you feel safe with the neighborhood. The stocked of big bottled water is a plus. Also near to malls and airport.

Staycation

The house is great for families, great neighbourhood, very quite. It would have been perfect if there’s an air condition in the living room, it was way too hot to stick around the house. The owner was prompt to respond to all my inquiries. Excellent service overall.

Thank you Minda for the feedback. I would like to have it centralize aircondition. But I have a high ceiling house, it will coz so much electricity to keep the house cold. I just dont think people will want to pay to much for eletricity. Any how It cool down in the morning and late afternoon/

Very nice and spacious place for our family reunion

Our stay in Taquig was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the holidays and hope to reserve it again in the future. It's location is only minutes from Vista Mall and the drive from the airport was less then an hour. The walled in lot with fenced garage certainly made us feel more secure with the anak all playing. Have two ref's and some drinks for purchase from one was an added bonus we weren't expecting. Thank you Ella and Eva for seeing to our every need.

Mr. Mike was an awesome guest. Everything went great from the beginning he book and until the end. He is very easy to talk too and we will love to have him again.

Very Responsive

The property is nice. There’s some issues but that’s normal for Philippines. Whenever we had questions about the area the caretakers would give advice and help us whether it was getting a cab or getting laundry done or refilling the water jugs. The owner was very responsive whenever we had an issue and followed through to make sure the problem was resolved.

Location too far from everything

Thelocation is too far from everything. It’s way too traffic too. I was booking close to BGC and this house is not that trying to find taxi or grab us hard. Drivers complain about uneven road as well as water retention at the side of side road. They know we are 12 people but only provided 6towels with no wash cloth or face towel.. when we ask for additional towels caretaker said there’s additional charge. Hoyse is nice but not well maintained

Roselle, book my place for only one guest. She didn't told me honestly that she will have 17 guest with so many children. 6 towel available was left available but asking for more towel. Which she only book one guest. She pay a very cheap price for the whole house plus parking and have the whole family. left house with so many messy mixed paper and other garbage on the floor.

Needs things addressed

There were things that met expectations and things that could have been better. The stove top gas line had a leak, which could have been disastrous. However, it was quickly addressed and a new one put in place within 24 hours. There was a glass coffee table that had a broken leg. The fix was for the property manager to put it in the corner of the room, rather than removing it. The location was a bit isolated leaving us without transportation. The telephone numbers in the book of contacts were all disconnected and the driver the manager connected us with charged double the rate. There were dirty underwear left in a cabinet by a previous guest. The refrigerator kept things just cool and not cold. And lastly and most importantly, this is the Philippines. It is always HOT! There is no air conditioning in the main living area of the house. There are two fans, but all they do is blow hot air around. Having said all that, the home itself is nice, it just needs some attention to be exceptional.

Hi I´m Eva I am married to my husband for over 20 years now and we have two daughters. We love to spend time as a family and enjoy to travel around the world. I am a Preschool teacher in Oregon and I also enjoy helping and volunteering in our church. I was born and raised in the Philippines and I am the second oldest out of seven kids in our family. When my father died I was only 13 years old. It was hard to imagine my mother being the only one who will support me and my siblings. I thought I need to help my mom. With God's help, I finished 4 years of college in teaching. I then met my husband now and we moved to the US. I found my current job and started saving to build our house in the Philippines. As we have a big family we built this 4 bedroom and 3 bath house.

I love going back to my home town and visits my extended family and friends. I also rent house before. But then, as we always go back and visits family. My husband and I decided to build our home. It been 5 years ago our home vacation. As no one exactly staying in my house. We decided to have it as a vacation rental. During check-in and check out, You will meet my care taker. I will also be able to communicate with you 24 hours a day as needed. The house has a big space for family gathering.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

What I love my house is very quiet neighborhood, the breeze air from the Laguna de bay."I wake up in the morning and sat on the Patio Terrance looking on the view of the bay is so relaxing." I can walk in our neighborhood very peaceful, no traffic that need to encounter and not a lot of people will be watching over me.
