"Manatee Suites" Funky Fish House is an exclusive yachting community in Cape Harbour.
“Manatee Suites” offers a five-level design, perfect for a couple or a single person. Suite 1 offers a kitchenette, a king-sized bed, a living room, a full bathroom, and a private laundry room. A private balcony overlooks the water and faces west for beautiful sunsets.
Common Elevator and Level One is a common area we call "Sea Level Lounge."
Walking distance to restaurants/bars, a coffee shop, retail shops, 2 swimming pools, a gym, and 2 tennis courts. Fishing charters, bike, boat, and kayak rentals available in Cape Harbour. All of this is within Cape Harbour Development.
An entire private suite and balcony are included in this rental.
Common areas with 2 other suites include the stairway, elevator, sea level lounge (a large gathering room on the dock level with games and bar), and the Dock with a Tiki Hut and BBQ Grill.
We live in the Cape Harbour development, so that gives us the opportunity to quickly take care of any issues or needs you may have, so you can call or text either of us at any time.
Our level of interaction is completely up to you.
You are able to self-check in upon arrival.

Love the Funky Fish House~ Beautiful Waterfront Views!!

Absolutely beautiful lodging! We loved our stay at the Funky Fish House~ Manatee Room! Everything looks new and a beautiful water view greets you as soon as you walk in! Tastefully decorated and super comfortable! Kitchenette is well stocked- thanks for the extras! Bed is a King and extremely comfortable! We enjoyed our time on the deck- drinking our coffee and watching the boats go by. There is a marina onsite along with a couple of restaurants- easy to walk to. Owners are great communicators and will help with any questions. Fun spot for a get-away!! Thanks for offering this beautiful lodging!

Barry and Rhonda are super nice and great at answering any questions in a timely manner. Suite 1 was very clean. The suite has a mini fridge without a freezer and a very nice ice maker. They do have a refrigerator with a freezer downstairs in the game room you can use. No stove top but there is a griddle and a combination microwave/convection oven. Overall super place to stay! Give it 5 stars!

Wonderful Home; Manatees Suite 1

I stayed at the Manatees Suite 1 location. Everything is listed just like the details. It's an excellent, clean space with a gorgeous river view! The hosts were very welcoming and communicated properly when I needed something. The area is nice, and some good spots are within walking distance. Also, they have a guide in the home that can assist with what to do and where to eat. You must park your vehicle at the on-site parking lot, which is not far from the home. If you are traveling alone, bring a personal safety device. The area seems like it wouldn’t have any issues if you leave early in the morning or come in later in the evening. I will come back and stay when I plan my getaway to Fort Myers/Cape Coral again. I would recommend a quick or an extended travel stay.

We enjoyed every minute. My only complaint is that when the other suite above us checked in, the stairway got a little loud and we could hear them walking and talking above us. And they didn’t lock the outside door. Otherwise it has been perfect!

My wife Rhonda has lived in SWFL for over 35 years, and I have been here for 43 years, and we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. 6 years ago, we moved into the Hi-Rise Condominiums at Cape Harbour Marina and have watched the Fish Houses being built. As real estate agents, we have participated in many sales and purchases of them for our clients, and in May of 2024, we were lucky enough to have the opportunity to purchase one (there are only 18 of them). We have really enjoyed decorating it and getting it ready for guests as well as staying here ourselves a few weekends, and we hope you enjoy staying here as much as we did. Living here in the
community gives us the opportunity to quickly take care of any issues or needs you may have, so please know that you can call or text either of us at any time.
