パロットネストは、島の静かなイーストエンドにあるオールドサニベルコテージの1つです。 1955年以来、私たちの魅力的なコテージは訪問者を歓迎しており、1960年代初頭までフェリーボートで本土から私たちの海岸に運ばれました。
コテージは海岸沿いの装飾で新しく改装され、美しい部屋で素晴らしい快適さとリラクゼーションを提供しています。 歴史的なサニベル灯台と釣り桟橋、美しい貝殻のビーチ、ショッピング、レストランまで徒歩圏内です。

Fantastic little cottage. Just the right amount of space for a quick get away for two. Complimentary bikes and beach chairs were great amenities. Highly recommend. Would absolutely stay here again.

Close to the beach this beautiful little cottage was modern and fresh. Just a stones throw from a parade of shops which included a lovely restaurant which we ate at twice. Food was amazing

Cottage Getaway

We had a very nice time ! They were very responsive on our internet concern ! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back ! Thank you bikes were brand newish ! it would be nice to have a few more cooking things but it all worked out nice ! Location is amazing and the local Vickie’s restaurant was fantastic ! Thank you !

Quiet get away

Loved being able to walk to the beach, shopping and food. Could use a few more kitchen items for cooking and baking, but is an excellent location, very quiet, and the perfect size for 1-2 people.

Sanibel Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lovebird Condo at Parrots Nest. The updated unit was really spacious and private. The bikes allowed us a quick ride to Lighthouse point, and the laundry facilities were convenient for use!

Clean, great location, small but perfect for a couple

Cute efficiency unit, very clean and newer kitchen and bath. Bikes were great to get to Lighthouse Beach, helpful to have coin laundry. As stated in other reviews- missing items for oven cooking. Could use a rack/stand in the shower. Very close to a restaurant, ice cream and deli. Great for a beach getaway. Owners left a list of recommendations for places to go, which was helpful.

Beyond Expectations

Nicely located close to the beach & a super ice cream shop! The next door plaza also had the best shopping we found on the Island. Our accommodations exceeded expectations with nice wine glasses,dishware,beach chairs & even a Kurig Coffee Maker. The beach towels seemed new

5 night Sanibel retreat

We loved the location! The wagons, beach chairs and bikes were much appreciated. We used them daily. The only things we needed were a blow dryer and some shelves in the bathroom around the sink and in the shower.

Great get away

Excellent location with beautiful surroundings. Nice furnished studio and bathroom. We missed a screen door for fresh air in the bedroom. There was a minimum kitchen equipment only. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great little place!

We enjoyed our visit. Clean, light, inviting, and conveniently located. Could use a few more kitchen utencils. We love to cook...and felt a little limited in preparing meals! Sanibel Island is such a magical place...We will always return...again and again!

Our Sanibel Escape!

Really enjoyed our stay at Lovebirds #5! Spacious efficiency room with lots of extras. Laundry facilities on property, beach combing accessories, and bikes available for cruising around Sanibel. Beach access is only a short ride away, which was awesome! Would love to stay here again in the future! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Only thing I didn't like was that the water in the shower started getting cold pretty quickly. Otherwise, everything was great! Specifically the customer service! I talked on the phone with Paige with Breakaway Vacations multiple times and she was incredibly friendly and helpful!

Amazing

Stayed here for our 25th anniversary. The location is absolutely perfect! The unit is clean and updated. Full kitchen and outdoor gas grill. Bring your own dish detergent and you can use a soap holder in the shower. Other than that absolute perfection 😁

Cute cottage

Great location and very comfortable cottage, but kitchen equipment almost non existent. We didn’t need to use the enormous oven but no oven ware at all if we did. Very little workspace due to unnecessarily huge oven and sink. Outside space was nice but was in full sun with no shade at all so we couldn’t use it. Bed was great but bathroom tiny and could do with a shelf and a shower gel holder.

SURPRISE KITCHEN

Check in procedure needs revising. Procedure says to operate TV use the cable remote. Well, that did not work, only to find out that cable was discontinued only Roku. The facility was clean and spacious. The shower did not have a grab bar or shelf. That's and accident waiting to happen. The kitchen very nice to look at but forget about cooking. Utensils are lacking, no broiler pan, no paring knife, one small pot and a skillet. Don't advertise and efficiency if the kitchen is for show. Had to purchase a lighter to light the grill, the auto starter does not work. Utensils lacking.

Not as advertised

We got to our unit after 8:00pm to find NO window coverings on any of the windows! If you look at the pictures of our cottage The Parrot Nest, Cottage #5 (Lovebirds) it clearly shows window coverings!! We did not feel comfortable staying there so we left and got a hotel and now property management refused to discuss this logically and just simply says we cannot have a refund!! Very disappointed!! This ALL has been expressed to VRBO as well !

LoveBird Stay

The property was clean and in a nice location. The walk to the beach and to pathways throughout the island was short and pleasant.However, in general the place had a "cheap feel". The walls were thin and we frequently heard normal conversation, televisions etc. from adjoining units. The kitchen was poorly equipped with essentially zero counter space. I have never stayed in a vacation rental with a more poorly equipped kitchen. There was one clothes washer for the entire complex and it was only to be used in the evening. This was impractical and inconvenient. The property manager was not responsive to a request about a non-functioning exhaust fan in the bathroom or a simple request to supply a basin and drying rack to wash dishes in the kitchen. Overall, Lovebirds was not worth the price. The value was sub-par.
