- Beach Pass Deposit is $350. Host will reimburse $300 which is less Vbro fees to host. Vbro may also charge guest a fee. - no life guards, hot tub use is at your own risk.

- Proceed with caution when lighting the gas grill or gas fire pit. Fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink.
- Firepit must be put out when existing the area.
