Sand Key is a perfect vacation spot if you're looking for rest and relaxation. This particular condo was very well stocked, making the stay very comfortable and easy right from the start. Bed was great, views are phenomenal. Just a short trip into Clearwater if you want to check out restaurants there, but you don't have as much of the hustle and bustle around you 24/7. We have rented from Sandy Feet many years now and have always had a great experience.

We enjoyed seeing the sunrises and sunsets from both sides of the room. We had never been to the Clearwater area before. We think we have found a gem in Sand Key now.

Awesome stay & property.. wouldn't change anything besides the coming back & waiting on security to let you through, especially when they arent at the gate. Sometimes we waited 15 min for them to come back & let us through. Wish there was a fob or code we could use to get through.

Quiet & Gorgeous!

My wife and I spent the week here and both of us loved the room, the location, and of course the beach! The property was under a 10 minute walk to several restaurants & shops. We fell in love with the Columbia restaurant, visiting it several times for lunch & dinner. We would love to stay here again!!

Nice private beach but still close to downtown

Was an excellent place with everything we needed. The property is well situated close to town. The pool access is very convenient and just steps from the beach. The condo include plenty of beach supplies, including coolers, ice packs, umbrellas, etc.

We had a nice week long stay here. The condo is perfect and fully stocked with anything you could need and more. Yes there is still construction happening, but it is nice to see them making improvements and keeping things up. So that being said, spend your days on the beach or out exploring and you will avoid the construction noise. The balcony view is beautiful. The one downfall however, there are signs all throughout the property saying there is no smoking. We would have enjoyed more time sitting on our balcony had others refrained from smoking on theirs. It’s not very enjoyable to sit out there and then suddenly the not so pleasant smells of smoke (cigarettes and other substances) suddenly invade your space. Other than this little hiccup, would definitely recommend this spot.One other thing to note, if you are looking for a more laid back area, with little to no traffic, then this is the spot for you. Getting around was super easy, many dining options if you want to venture out. Location 10/10Oh and one last thing, so many dolphins. We had a great view of them from the balcony.

Excellent condo

Everything about this condo was 5 Star. From cleanliness to things in the condo to use to the breathtaking views from the balcony!! We had a wonderful week!! Highly recommend Sandy Feet for your condo needs!! The security was stellar as it required key fobs to even reach the elevators.

Emil is a dedicated firefighter/medic with St. Petersburg Fire Rescue and the owner of Baltic Remodeling, where he brings dream kitchens and bathrooms to life. Angie, a licensed realtor, seasoned home stager, and interior designer, has been helping clients fall in love with spaces for over 15 years.
